职位概述:
- 领导并协助多个设计项目完成演出布景灯光的设计、实施及安装相关工作
- 构思并传达演出布景灯光设计理念
- 规划并执行各类灯光设计项目
- 管理灯光团队成员
- 指导演出布景灯光设计方案的现场实施
- 参与编制灯光设计项目预算与项目时间表
- 能够接受国内、外长期出差
任职必备资质与技能：
- 具备五年及以上相关行业从业经验
- 英语流利，最低达到 B1 水平
- 灯光设计经验丰富，能够创作既体现WDI产品戏剧特性又兼顾环境氛围的设计
- 可同步负责多个项目推进，具备较强成果落地执行力
- 既能以口头传达也能用视觉方式来呈现灯光设计思路与构想
- 具备剧场设计一线经验，掌握灯光设计与安装的技术知识，包括施工方法
- 具备建筑及设施要求一线经验，能将灯光产品与景点环境整合
- 掌握灯光行业前沿科技及新兴技术
- 能够适应高压工作，严格遵守项目工期节点要求
- 具备优秀的口头与书面沟通技巧和人际交往能力
- 可独立完成工作，也擅长团队协作
- 具备出色的组织能力
- 掌握剧场灯具、剧场控制系统及信号分配系统（如DMX、以太网）相关知识
- 掌握 LED 灯光系统知识，包括 LED 灯光供电与数据控制设备
- 熟悉 BIM、CAD 设计软件，具备绘图能力
- 具备在升降设备、梯子和马道的高空工作能力
- 具备对灯光和灯光设计的美学鉴赏力和实操技能
- 必须愿意并接受国际出差或跨国派驻

- 具备 Revit、AutoCAD、Navisworks 软件经验
学历要求：
优先考虑戏剧、艺术、设计、建筑相关专业本科或艺术硕士，或拥有同等从业经验者
- The Senior Show Lighting Designer leads and supports the design, implementation, and lighting installation effort on multiple design projects
- Develops and communicates show lighting design concepts
- Plans and executes lighting design projects
- Supervises lighting team members
- Directs field implementation of the show lighting design
- Participates in the creation of lighting design estimates and schedules
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally for extended periods of time
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience (min. 5 years) in related professional environment required
- English fluency minimum B1 level
- Experienced Lighting designer capable of producing designs which reflect both the theatrical and environmental nature of a WDI product
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects and drive results
- Ability to communicate lighting intent and ideas verbally and visually
- Working knowledge of theatrical design and technical knowledge of lighting design and installation, including methods of construction
- Working knowledge of architectural and facility requirements and integration of lighting products into an attraction
- Knowledge of new and developing technologies in lighting required
- Participates in high pressure environment with strict schedule deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to work well independently and in groups
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of theatrical lighting fixtures, theatrical controls, and control distribution including DMX and Ethernet.
- Knowledge of LED lighting systems including the design of power/data equipment to control LED lighting.
- Familiarity with BIM and CAD software and drafting ability.
- Ability to operate and work off lifts, ladders, and catwalks at heights
- Appreciation and skill in the aesthetic processes of lighting and lighting design
- Must be willing and able to travel and or relocate internationally
Preferred Qualifications:
- Disney experience and background
- Knowledge of Lighting Previsualization Software
- Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
Education:
- BA or MFA preferred (Theater, Art, Design, Architecture) or equivalent work experience
