Job Summary:

Responsibilities

Provide support to finance manager on various forecasting, planning, analytics and reporting process
Create and update regular templates per requirement and schedule
Complete system uploading, data maintenance and reconciliations
Support reporting consolidations and accuracy review
Liaise with different business partners and teams for proper follow-up
Assist in preparing other deliverables as needed

Qualifications & Required Skills

University student in Accounting, Finance, or Business major
Basic knowledge of financial planning and accounting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). User experience or knowledge in SAP, Cognos or Power BI is preferred
Highly self-motivated and adaptable to multiple tasks
Attentive to detail and accurate, fast learner and a team player
Fluent in both English and Mandarin
Able to work 3-4 days/week for 6-month minimum term
