- 您将配合团队完成排班前工作量的系统导入工作；
- 您将需要开发新知识、文档，并与组织中的团队成员共享；
- 您将参与团队讨论，提出创新性建议，为公司发展提供智慧支持；
- 您将需要完成上级指派的各种工作任务。
我们希望您：
- 拥有商业管理、信息技术、统计学、计算机相关专业本科学历及以上优先；
- 保证每周至少实习3天，能提供5天者优先考虑，6个月及以上的连续实习期；
- 熟练使用Windows 操作系统、MS Office及相关常用应用软件；
- 了解并且能够使用最少一种编程语言（例如：VBA等）；
- 有一定经验并能谨慎且适当地处理机密信息和政治敏感信息；
- 能够独立按时地完成工作，同时处理多个紧急事务，应对压力，并且在紧张的工作安排中准确履行工作职责；
- 具有优秀的团队合作精神和影响力，能够与各级领导合作，协调团队工作；
- 较强的分析和解决问题的能力，能够灵活地解决紧急或者复杂的问题；
- 精通中英文口语和书面表达。
Job Summary:
As a Planning & Analysis Intern, your primary duty is to develop and maintain an efficient and accurate staffing plan for the company for Shanghai Disney Resort, which includes forecasting workload, resource consolidation, workload analysis, and maintaining collaboration with operation leadership, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Recruiting, and other relevant teams to identify and implement creative solutions to meet guest needs and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for summarizing attendance information, verifying and documentation;
- Responsible for collecting, integrating and analyzing workforce management related data and generating reports;
- Cooperate with the team to complete the system action in the process of daily report generation;
- Work with the team to complete data validation after daily report generation;
- Work with the team to complete the system import of workload before scheduling;
- Develop new knowledge, documentation and share with team members in the organization;
- Participate in team discussions and make innovative suggestions, providing intellectual support for the development of the company;
- Complete various work tasks assigned by line managers.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Information Systems, Statistics, Computer science is preferred
- Commit to work at least 3 days per week, 5 days is preferred, for a minimum of 6 consecutive months.
- Experience with Windows OS, MS Office and common software applications support.
- Understand and interpret simple code/scripts in at least one programming language (EX: VBA… etc.)
- Have experience and ability in handling confidential and politically sensitive information discretely and appropriately
- Ability to work independently to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform job responsibilities accurately under pressure and tight schedule.
- Demonstrate strong partnering and influencing skills, with the ability to work with leaders at all levels to coordinate team efforts
