作为市场部消费者互动和运营部门的专员，您将主要负责上海迪士尼度假区官方微信平台的内容策划、文案撰写、账号运营、线上活动策划与执行的工作。

工作内容：

• 您将负责上海迪士尼度假区官方微博及微信平台的选题策划、内容排期和文章撰写协助消费者互动与运营团队日常工作。

• 您将协助消费者互动与运营团队完成上海迪士尼度假区官方微信的选题策划、文案撰写、摄影工作、日常维护并完成运营指标。

• 您将根据实际情况，协助消费者互动与运营团队其他项目与活动。

我们希望您：

• 拥有本科或以上学历；

• 熟悉微信公众号等主流内容渠道规则及运营技巧，对社交内容的输出具备丰富的经验，能制定合理内容规划及方案，并落地执行；

• 能独立完成长图文、短视频等相关内容的策划，并创作和输出优质内容，具备内容审核和评判的能力，若有基础设计能力将更优先考虑；

• 具备创新能力，了解前沿的流行文化与不同受众的社交需求；

• 具备良好的中英文书面、演讲和口头交流的沟通技能；

• 熟悉上海迪士尼，并对迪士尼充满热情。

Job Summary:

As a Specialist in the Consumer Interaction and Operations Department of the Marketing Division, you will be primarily responsible for content planning, copywriting, account operations, online event planning and execution for the official WeChat of Shanghai Disney Resort.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for content planning, content scheduling and copywriting for the official Weibo and WeChat platforms of Shanghai Disney Resort to assist the Consumer Engagement & Operations team in their daily work.
• You will assist the Consumer Engagement & Operations team with content planning, copywriting, photography, daily maintenance and operational metrics for the official WeChat platforms of Shanghai Disney Resort.
• You will assist the Consumer Engagement & Operations team with other projects and activities as appropriate.

Desired Qualifications:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree or above;
• Familiar with the rules and operation skills of WeChat Official Account Platform and other mainstream content channels, with rich experience in social content output, able to formulate reasonable content planning and programs, and implement them on the ground;
• Be able to independently complete the planning of long posts, short videos and other related content, and create and output high-quality content, with the ability to review and judge content, if there is a basic design ability will be more preferred;
• Ability to innovate and understand cutting-edge pop culture and social needs of different audiences;
• Good communication skills in written, presentation and oral communication in English and Chinese;
• Familiar with and passionate about Shanghai Disney Resort.
