该职位将在执行销售规划和管理方面发挥关键作用，并为业务战略规划提供见解。
工作内容：

• 协助制定整合平台的年度、月度和战略、目标、费用，并推动实施。
• 协助监测各整合平台的销售业绩，并进行所有必要的数据分析
• 通过跨职能团队合作了解市场根据市场情况提供准确的需求预测
• 与销售团队密切合作，通过了解并推动平台规划，从而提高
• 协助完成销售服务相关内容，例如：合同追踪等
• 收集内部信息和最新平台趋势，以便做出决策
• 领导指派的其他任务

我们希望您：

• 本科或以上学历，工商管理或商务相关专业；有 1-3 年电子商务平台销售经验者优先考虑 ，熟悉旅游行业销售更佳先。
• 具有较强的商业敏感性和出色的数据处理技能，尤其是 Excel 技能
• 良好的沟通和团队协作能力，能够与不同部门和级别的团队密切合作。
• 具有批判性思维和解决问题的能力，能够快速发现并解决执行中的问题。
• 积极主动，精力充沛，能够在一定压力下工作，以结果为导向
• 优秀的中英文口头、写作和表达能力

Line of Business: Integrated Platform
Location: Pudong, Shanghai, China
Job Summary:
The postion will play a key role in executing sales planning and management , as well as providing insights to business strategy planning.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in formulateing the annual,monthly and strategies, objectives, expenses and for IP platforms and promote the implementation.
• Assist in monitoring sales performance on each IP platforms and all necessary data analysis  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide accurate demand forecast upon market situation
• Work closely with the sales team to understand and drive platforms planning for sales improvement
• Assist in the completion of sales service andrelated elements,e.g.contract tracking, etc.  Collect internal information and latest platform trends for decision making
• Other tasks assigned by leader

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in business administration or business-related field;.
• Approximately 1-3 years sales experience in e-commerce platform is preferred Familiarity with sales processes or planning in travel industry is preferred.
• Strong business sensitivity and excellent data-processing skill, especially on Excel
• Good communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate closely with teams from different departments and levels.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, able to quickly identify and address issues in execution.
• Initiative, energetic, able to work under certain pressure and results-oriented Excellent oral, writing and presentation skills in both Chinese and English
