您将负责：

• 负责项目范围、进度和预算的制定和实施，并对财务和进度业绩负责；

• 监督其他项目经理，确定人员配置要求，为绩效评估提供支持；

• 有效管理项目的不可预见费并为其使用提供授权；
• 协商合同、变更和索赔；                                           
• 在中型项目的范围、进度和预算方面，负责对涵盖所有部门的整个项目团队提供方向性的领导；汇报条线通常包括首席游乐设备工程师、演出布景的设计规划经理、环境设计与工程部门主管、施工经理、财务主管、概念估算师、创意娱乐制作人和项目控制经理；
• 与高层领导和项目团队成员保持公开透明的沟通。促进信任、加强参与、提高效率。和团队一起准备，编制有效的演示文稿，向高级管理层提出建议，并影响他们对复杂问题的决策；
• 通过对关键问题和驱动因素的清晰识别、深思熟虑的分析和明确阐述的立场，有效影响商务和进度问题。

您将带来：

• 本科以上学历，工程、建筑、施工管理等技术领域优先，或10年以上同等工作经验，至少5年以上管理经验，有主题娱乐经验优先；硕士学位优先;
• 具有效领导员工、顾问和供应商的能力，包括制定明确的目标和标准、有效地分派职责、确定任务的轻重缓急、协调工作并管理工作范围、时间和绩效；
• 不同类型的合同和采购协议的经验，了解对整个项目的好处或风险；
• 较强的会议领导能力、推动能力、冲突解决能力和协调能力；
• 优秀的适合受众的沟通、合作、技术写作、介绍演示和人际交往技能；具备流利的中英双语作为工作语言;
• 较强的设计、制造、生产和/或施工知识；
• 能够在高度复杂、模棱两可或概念性的环境中保持有效性；

Job Summary:

"We Change Lives." Walt Disney Imagineering is the master planning, creative development, engineering, production, project management, and research and development arm of The Walt Disney Company. Its accomplished corps of Imagineers manage the creation - from concept initiation through installation - of all Disney Resorts, theme parks and attractions, real estate developments, regional entertainment venues, and new media projects.

This position will lead a complex project and is accountable for the project delivery. Reporting to Director-Project Management.

What You’ll Do:

• Responsible for the development and implementation of the project scope, schedule, and budget, and accountable for fiscal and schedule performance;
• Responsible for the project risk management program including establishment of the risk register, impacts, mitigation plans, and contingency requirements to deliver project reliably;
• Develop the project delivery strategy and lead the team in delivering in accordance with the defined strategies;
• Collaborate and provide leadership to internal and external organizations including project team, design studios, operations, municipalities, vendors, and contractors; lead the project in problem solving and reaching balanced, timely decisions with incomplete or unclear information;
• Supervise other project managers, determine staffing requirements, and support performance evaluations;
• Assist with development of functional standards, guidelines, best practices, templates and training material;
• Effectively manage project contingency and authorize its use;
• Negotiate contracts, changes, and claims;                                              
• Responsible for directional leadership of the entire project team across all studios with respect to scope, schedule, and budget for medium projects; reports typically include Lead Ride Engineer, Show D&P Manager, ED&E Lead, Construction Manager, Lead Finance, Conceptual Estimator, Creative Entertainment Producer, and Project Controls Manager;
• Maintain open and transparent communication with senior leadership and project team members to foster trust, engagement, and efficiency, and prepare team and develop effective presentations with recommendations to executive management and influence them on decision making regarding complex issues;
• Effectively influence commercial and schedule issues through clear identification of critical issues and drivers, thoughtful analysis, and well-articulated positions.

What To Bring:

• Bachelor degree or above preferably in a technical field such as engineering, architecture, construction management, or 10 years equivalent work experience, minimum 5 years supervisory experience, themed entertainment experience preferred; Master degree preferred.
• Ability to effectively lead staff, consultants, and vendors including setting clear goals and standards, delegating responsibilities effectively, prioritizing tasks, coordinating work, and managing scope, time and performance;
• Experience with different types of contracting and procurement agreements and the benefits or risks to the overall project;
• Strong meeting leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and alignment skills;
• Excellent communication, collaboration, technical writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills that are audience appropriate; fluent bilingual working language.
• Strong knowledge of design, manufacturing, production, and/or construction;
• Ability to maintain effectiveness in highly complex, ambiguous, or conceptual settings;
• High stress tolerance. Demonstrate problem solving, risk management and basic strategic thinking skills;
• Strong adaptability, display cultural sensitivity and high stress tolerance, and some command of emotional intelligence;
• Ability to delegate, monitor status and quality, and hold people accountable.
