支持新产品和项目的执行，确保组织和运营相关部门的整合工作；
支持跨部门会议，并且制定和追踪行动计划以确保项目的顺利上线；
支持部门的行政工作。

出色的组织能力，关注细节；
根据项目的时间表合理、有序的安排工作；
以主动，积极，正面的方式思考，并不断推进直至项目的最终完成；
出色的电脑技能 (如要求Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 。

Job Summary:

This position is focusing on driving the results to deliver successful new initiatives/ projects across the Resort wide by coordination and communication. Also need to work with both internal and external partners enable a seamless guest/Cast experience and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Support new initiatives/projects. Ensure the integration across all SHDR functions related to organization & operation coordination;
Support cross-functional meetings, and develop & follow through on action plans to ensure successful new initiatives/projects;
Support team administration work.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or above;
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
Ability to work in diverse cultural and high-pressure environment;
Excellent organizational skills and attention to details;
Ability to prioritize the work under tight timeline;
Proactive, positive, forward thinking, goal oriented team player;
Excellent computing skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.
