资深经理，商业整合，将领导商业策略和计划的整合，以实现上海迪士尼度假区的访客量目标及营收目标。同时，该岗位需和跨部门协作，协助定期的管理层汇报以及各类商务汇报。该岗位需呈现优秀的战略思维，业务写作及表达能力。此岗位将直接汇报给副总裁，商务并在上海办公。

工作内容：

• 以消费者和业务需求为导向，领导商业策略和计划的整合，包括长期计划，年度计划，月度报告等。
• 和各团队合作，协助各类商务汇报的制定，以满足公司内部和外部汇报的需求。
• 分析和解读业务信息，以帮助复杂的业务决策并形成可行性建议。

• 四年制大学学历；
• 优秀的对各种业务信息进行分析和解读的能力；
• 优秀的领导力及影响跨团队合作伙伴的能力；

Senior Manager, Commercial Integration

Line of Business: Commercial

Location: Shanghai, China

Job Summary:

The Senior Manager, Commercial Integration will lead the integration of commercial strategy and plan, in order to achieve visitation and revenue goals for Shanghai Disney Resort. This role will also need to partner with cross lines of business to support regular reports to executive leaders as well as other business presentations based on needs. The Senior Manager will need to exhibit strong strategic thinking, business writing and presentation skills. This position will report to VP, Commercial and will be based in Shanghai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration of commercial strategy and plan, based on consumer insights and business needs, including long-term plan, annual plan, monthly report, etc.
• Partner with cross lines of business to support develop business presentations, to fulfill the needs of both internal and external reporting. 
• Analyze and interpret business information in order to support complex business decisions and form viable recommendations.

Desired Qualifications:

• 10 years above of directly related experience;
• 4 year college degree;
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and proficiency in evaluating business information across platforms;
• Strong leadership skills and influencing power on important stakeholders at certain levels;
• Strong strategic thinking and project management skills；
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese including solid presentation skills.
