Job Summary:

Shanghai Disney Resort Revenue Management and Analytics team drives Shanghai Disney Resort Revenue and Business strategies collaboratively with other teams by developing business solutions based on advanced analytics. Our growing group of professionals includes such functions as Forecasting and Planning, Revenue Management and Pricing. As an Analyst, Revenue Management and Pricing, you will support hotel pricing and strategy, initiating and developing short-term and long-term products, collaborate with different teams including Sales, Marketing, Consumer Insight, Operations, to maximize revenues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will focus on latest market intelligence, provide professional business insight through market benchmark and insights.
  • You will be responsible for hotel data and report analysis, ensure hotel dashboard accuracy, and deliver business insight through various data.
  • You will support hotel pricing strategy, maximizing revenue and profitability through specialized tools and analytical models.
  • You will support hotel short term and long term product plan, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure maximum hotel revenue.
  • Other hotel related projects and tasks based on requirement.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree, major in Pricing, Math, Statistics, Finance or other Revenue Management related. Work experience in revenue management related field is preferred.
  • Enthusiasm for theme park and entertainment industries.
  • Detail oriented and have strong sense of responsibility.
  • Strong partnership and communications skills.
  • Strong computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SQL, Tableau) and the ability to quickly learn and apply new skills and techniques.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.

  • 您需要支持跟进其他酒店相关的项目。
