该职位将向高级经理,税务汇报。

工作内容:

  • 监督上海迪士尼度假区的税务合规。与上海迪士尼度假区财务报告团队和外部税务顾问配合,监督纳税申报申请,并积极处理和解决税务机关和内部利益相关者的询问,包括:
  • 季度及年度企业所得税申报
  • 月度增值税和消费税申报
  • 印花税、契税、环境保护税、房产税等其他税务申报
  • 年度转让定价披露形式及年度转让定价报告
  • 准备和提供相关税务信息供迪士尼美国编制相关报告,计算及分析。
  • 准备优惠税收状况/退税的申请
  • 负责对外付汇税收清缴

上述事项包括个人及企业的税务登记和准备,及时提交纳税申报表和缴税处理。

  • 根据税收法规要求或税务机关要求,领导各项税务合规自查,以满足如适用的税收优惠政策
  • 确定适合上海迪士尼度假区的税务合规策略,确保业务部门的日常运作,引导并执行相关税务筹划方案,包括:
  • 税务职能表现:改进税务程序和控制,及数据和系统的有效性
  • 税务风险:确定和优先考虑关键风险,适当的协助控制监测和修复
  • 担任各业务部门的合作伙伴,优化税务合规和税务咨询工作;为集团内部单位/团队提供分析支持和税务职能协助,提供相关的审核和报告
  • 在高级经理的支持下,和政府事务部门以及其它各内部业务部门(包括各项目团队和相关财务团队)合作,挖掘各项财政扶持机会,负责相关申请流程以及争取结果
  • 发展和维护与外部税务机关及相关政府组织的工作关系
  • 观察了解最新税务立法和税收筹划方案,并及时分析相关影响,向公司内部提供见解
  • 有效、积极地带领和培养一支专业的税务团队

我们希望您:

  • 大学本科以上学历,会计/金融/税务或相关专业优先,注册会计师或注册税务师
  • 至少7年以上的中国税务工作经验,有4年以上的四大会计师事务所工作经验为佳,不少于2年的管理经验
  • 熟悉中国税收和会计政策,税收合规和税收申报的工作经验,对转让定价有基础了解
  • 诚实正直,用心负责
  • 与上海迪士尼度假区内外各业务伙伴,与税务机关等政府机关建立良好的关系
  • 具有良好的谈判技巧,口头和书面的沟通能力,包括熟练的英语口语和书写能力
  • 具有领导力,良好的沟通和影响能力,解决问题能力,以身作则领导团队

Manager, Tax

Line of Business: Controllership-Tax

Location: Pudong, Shanghai, China

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate must lead with a global mindset, demonstrate excellence in interacting with people and in providing the highest level of quality service, while exhibiting passion, personal character and optimism. The candidate should have proven ability in managing taxation in China and with strategic and forward-looking vision.

The position will report to the Senior Manager, Tax.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the tax compliance function for Shanghai Disney Resort. Supervise the tax returns/filings in conjunction with Shanghai Disney Resort Financial Reporting team and external tax advisors, and proactively handle and resolve all inquiries from the tax authorities and internal stakeholders, including:
  • Quarterly and Annual Enterprise Income Tax Returns
  • Monthly VAT and Consumption Tax Returns
  • Other Tax Returns such as Stamp Duty, Deed Tax, Environmental Protection Tax, Real Estate Tax, etc.
  • Annual Transfer Pricing Disclosures Forms and Annual Transfer Pricing Documentation
  • Prepare and provide the information requested by Disney Corporate Tax or Financial Reporting for the preparation of the U.S. tax returns for related reporting, computations and analysis
  • Prepare applications for preferential tax status/rebates
  • Oversee the tax clearance process for outbound remittances

The broad topics above should include personal and corporate tax registrations, preparation and submission of tax returns and the prompt and timely handling of tax payments. 

  • Lead necessary self-assessment practice which are required by China Tax regulations or tax authorities and deliver results to support preferential tax treatment, if applicable.

  • Streamline tax compliance standards that fit well with the day-to-day operations of all lines of business, identify and implement tax planning opportunities including:
  • Tax function performance: improving tax processes and controls, and data and systems effectiveness.
  • Tax risk management: identifying and prioritizing key risks and assisting with controls monitoring and remediation, where appropriates.

  • Serve as the business partner for various lines of business to optimize efficiency in tax compliance work and effectiveness in tax advise; Provide analytical support and functional tax assistance to the internal group entities / teams for various related reviews and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Public Affair team and various internal Line of Business (including project team and relevant Finance team) to explore financial subsidy opportunities with the support from Senior Manager, lead the application process and drive for results.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external tax authorities and related government organizations.
  • Monitor development and changes of China tax laws/regulations and timely provide insights to the Company.
  • Effectively and pro-actively lead and develop a strong team of tax professionals.

Desired Qualifications:

University degree, ideally major in Finance, Accounting, Tax or a related field, CICPA/CICTA is a must. At least 7 years of China tax work experiences, preferably with at least 4 years in Big Four. Not less than 2 years of managerial experience. Excellence in China Tax and accounting knowledge, working knowledge in Tax Reporting, Basic knowledge in Transfer Pricing practice. High integrity, committed. Ability to build strong relationships with business partners across disciplines within and beyond Shanghai Disney Resort. Good negotiation skills, good verbal and written communication skills, including a high level of proficiency in spoken and written English for professional business communication. Strong leadership with excellent communication and influencing skills, problem solving skills, and lead the team by example. Self-driver and proven ability to work in a complex and diverse business operations of a multi-national company and manage priorities to complete tasks within deadlines.
