工作内容：

市场研究

• 提供定制的市场行业研究。
• 与收入管理与分析团队合作，研究、分析并制定评估竞争对手策略、趋势、新商业机会和成本效率的计划。

支持活动促销及新产品规划和执行

• 提供洞察以支持年度产品提供和促销的规划，重点关注战略规划、绩效评估和持续改进。
• 确保新项目和产品的成功实施。对于其他业务产品和类型的提供，可能还需要额外的实施任务。

进行商业分析以获得支持商业决策的洞察

• 跟踪和分析提供和促销的表现，包括独立提供、酒店捆绑、票务捆绑提供和基于活动的倡议。
• 协助分析常规商业评审，提供行动的洞察。
• 进行数据挖掘以提取支持商业决策的可操作洞察。
• 执行必要的数据映射和数据清理，并创建符合特定要求的仪表板。

• 大学本科或以上, 商业分析，数学，统计学，金融或其他数据分析相关学科学士学位优先考虑

Job Summary:

The Shanghai Disney Resort Revenue Management & Analytic team supports clients both internal and external to Theme Park & Resort with business solutions based on advanced analytics. The team is a growing group of professionals, responsible for Revenue Management and Analytics for the overall Resort project and includes such functions as Forecasting and Planning, Pricing Revenue Management and Decision Science Support.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Benchmark

• Deliver a market benchmark study tailored to meet specific business needs.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management & Analytics leaders to research, analyze, and develop plans that evaluate competitors’ strategies, trends, new business opportunities, and cost efficiencies.

Support Offer Planning and Execution

• Delivery insights to support the planning of yearly product offerings and promotions, focusing on strategic planning, performance reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure the successful implementation of new projects and products. Additional implementation tasks may also be necessary for other lines of business products and types of offerings.

Conduct Business Analytics to Gain Insights Supporting Business Decisions

• Track and analyze the performance of offers and promotions, including standalone offers, hotel bundles, ticket bundler offers, and campaign-based initiatives.
• Assist in the analysis for the regular Business Review, providing insights into actions.
• Conduct data mining to extract actionable insights that support business decisions.
• Perform necessary data mapping and data cleansing, and create dashboards tailored to specific requirements.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above (major in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or other Data Analytical program is preferred)
• Demonstrates a willingness to learn new things, curiosity
• Experience with FMCG, Food Beverage or Consulting is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoints, and good with Data Visualization.
• Passion in applying advanced analytics skills in solving business problems.
• Proficient with at least one of the languages is must SQL/Python/R
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.
