职位介绍：

上海迪士尼度假区收益管理与分析部门基于高层次的分析，为度假区内外的顾客提供商业解决方案。该部门同时负责整个度假区的收益管理与分析工作，例如预测与计划，定价与收益管理以及科学的决策支持等。

工作内容：

• 乐园客流预测与库存管理：
  • 提供乐园客流预测，并向业务和运营合作伙伴详细阐述其逻辑以及潜在的机会和风险，为业务和运营团队决策提供支持；
  • 根据最新的预测和业务规则来管理和动态调整库存，并及时与业务和运营合作伙伴沟通最新的变化；
  • 深入理解影响客流的各项因素，并持续不断地维护和优化预测模型，提高预测的准确性；
  • 监控和分析销售和预订趋势，并及时与业务和运营合作伙伴沟通最新的预测与洞察；
  • 管理与维护预测相关的报表并确保报表准确且运转正常。

• 管理和优化商业报告以及精密的分析：
  • 开发与维护商业可视化报告，并根据业务发展和管理层需要，不断进行优化与完善；
  • 快速完成客流相关的针对性分析，并提供详尽合理的报告；
  • 管理与监控商业报告，并及时修复问题。

• 部门业务数据的管理与维护：
  • 与部门内部各业务负责人紧密合作，完成数据需求分析与整理、 指标的定义等工作；
  • 与其他业务部门紧密合作，完成数据的统一定义以及数据项目管理各阶段的工作；
  • 管理和维护部门内部数据库表。

我们希望您：

• 拥有统计学、数学、工业工程、经济学或相关学科本科或以上学位；
• 拥有五年或以上数据分析，库存管理或数据可视化报告等领域的工作经验；
• 熟练掌握商业智能工具Tableau，Power BI等；
• 熟悉主流关系型数据库SQL Server , Oracle，MySQL等，有较好的SQL编写和优化能力；
• 拥有Python，R，SAS或其他统计分析相关编程经验；
• 细心负责，善于发现问题和潜在的风险；
• 逻辑思维能力强，善于全盘综合考虑问题；
• 记忆力强，思维灵活，善于思考和联想，并积极快速应变；
• 具备合作、建立关系和影响他人的能力；
• 拥有强烈的好奇心和热情主动积极学习的能力；
• 拥有流利的中英文读写能力。

Senior Analyst, Revenue Forecasting and Planning

Line of Business: Revenue Management & Analytics

Location: Shanghai, China

Job Summary:

The Shanghai Disney Resort Revenue Management & Analytic team supports clients from both internal and external with business solutions based on advanced analytics. The team is responsible for revenue management and analytics for the overall resort project, which include Forecasting and Planning, Pricing Revenue Management, and Decision Science Support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Park attendance forecast and manage inventory:

• Provide Park attendance forecast and present to business and operational partners with the logic behind the prediction as well as the potential opportunities and risks to support decision-making;
• Manage and dynamically adjust inventory based on the latest forecast and business rules, and communicate changes in a timely manner to business and operational partners;
• Deeply understand the factors that influence Park attendance and continuously maintain and optimize forecast models to improve accuracy;
• Monitor and analyze booking pace and communicate the latest forecast and insights to business and operational partners in a timely manner;
• Manage and maintain reports related to forecast and ensure accuracy and proper functioning of these reports.

• Manage and optimize business dashboards and provide ad-hoc analysis:

• Develop and optimize business visualization dashboards according to business development and management needs;
• Quickly complete ad-hoc analysis of Park attendance, and provide detailed and reasonable reports;
• Manage and monitor business dashboards and promptly resolve any issues.

• Manage and maintain business data used by team

• Work closely with team members of different lines of business to complete data needs analysis, definition of indicators, and more;
• Work closely with other business departments to complete unified data definition and data project management at all stages;
• Manage and maintain data tables used by team.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in statistics, mathematics, industrial engineering, economics, or related disciplines;
• Five or more years of work experience in data analysis, inventory management, data visualization reporting, or related fields;
• Proficient in business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI;
• Familiar with mainstream relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc., with excellent SQL writing and optimization skills;
• Experience in programming with Python, R, SAS or other statistical analysis-related languages;
• Detail-oriented and responsible, good at identifying problems and potential risks;
• Strong logical thinking skills, good at overall comprehensive problem-solving;
• Strong memory, nimble and quick-thinking, good at reflecting and associating, and actively adapting to rapidly changing situations;
• Ability to collaborate, establish relationships and influence others;
• Strong curiosity and enthusiasm for proactive learning;
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
