职位概述:
岗位概述
本岗位统筹度假区全域系统（RWS）相关工作，独立完成中大型项目的全域系统工作范围规划、招标及落地阶段设计文件编制，并更新度假区全域系统标准，日常工作仅需少量监督指导。
核心工作职责
- 负责中等复杂度项目的度假区全域系统方案设计、工作范围梳理及预算测算工作。
- 审核工程顾问出具的深化设计图纸与相关计算书。
- 为内部首席工程师、设计师提供技术支撑；对外指导第三方顾问完成设计、招标及施工图纸编制工作。
- 跟进项目进度，保障度假区全域系统设计满足技术质量、跨专业协同及图纸产出要求。
- 独立编制或协助编制度假区全域系统工作范围说明书及工程概算。
- 确保所有设计成果符合部门设计标准、流程及技术规范。
- 向施工管理方提供现场施工技术支持，管控施工图质量、现场落地实施，并参与现场测试见证。
- 对接政府主管部门，负责图纸报审报批及法定验收事宜。
学历与任职资质要求
- 持有电气 / 电子工程相关执业注册证书，持证为硬性要求。
- 正规院校工程类专业本科及以上学历，计算机科学 / 工程相关专业优先。
- 至少 10 年综合弱电系统设计与落地实施经验，熟悉综合布线、网络系统（思科、华三）、无线 WiFi、IP 电话、防火墙、通用闭路监控、IPTV、Lenel 安防系统、卫星电视、无线对讲系统全品类设计施工。
- 熟悉移动通信、对讲机调度系统者优先。
- 工作勤恳、乐于学习，可承受项目工作压力。
- 具备团队协作意识，沟通表达能力良好。
- 中英文（普通话）流利，可无障碍双语工作。
- 拥有丰富施工阶段实操经验，熟悉图纸报审、施工图审核流程及现场巡检工作。
专业技术与管理能力要求
- 具备弱电（ELV）系统设计与方案分析实操经验。
- 全面掌握弱电工程专业知识，包含行业施工规范、施工工艺、材料选型、规范法规、主流技术，以及设计、施工全周期合同文件编制与应用。
- 必须具备弱电、通信系统设计实操能力。
- 熟练使用 CAD、Revit 软件开展工程设计、图纸绘制与方案分析工作。
- 能够在极少监督下独立开展工作，适应多专业协同的项目团队工作模式。
- 可带领小型顾问及设计团队，全程负责中等复杂度项目各阶段施工图纸输出工作。
- 优秀书面及口头表达能力，人际协调能力突出。
- 优秀统筹规划能力，可合理向下分配工作任务。
GENERAL ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This position is be the Resort-wide System (RWS) responsible for managing and preparing RWS scope, design documentation for tender and implementation and update RWS standards for medium to larger projects with minimal supervision.
CORE FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage and prepare Resort-wide system design, scope analysis, and budget estimation for projects of medium complexity.
2. Responsible to check detail designs and calculations from engineering consultants.
3. Provide technical support to in-house Principal Engineers and designers, and provide technical direction to outside consultants in the production of design and tender/construction documentation.
4. Monitor progress of work and ensure that technical quality, interdiscipline coordination and production requirements are met in RWS design.
5. Develop or assist in developing scopes of work and engineering design estimates on RWS.
6. Ensure conformance to department design standards, procedures and specifications.
7. Provide Construction support to CM in quality control of working drawings, on-site implementation and witness site tests.
8. Liaise with Authorities on submission approval and statutory inspections.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Professional registration in the field of electrical/ Electronic engineering, registration is required.
2. Graduate of an accredited school of engineering, with a Bachelor of Computer Science/ Engineering
3. Minimum 10 years of experience in design and implementation of Structured Cabling Systems, Networking Systems (Cisco, H3C), WiFi, IP Telephony, Firewall, CCTV (Genetic), IPTV and Security System (Lenel), Satellite TV and Radio Phone system.
4. Knowledge of telecommunication systems (Mobile Phone and Walkie-talkie Systems) is an advantage
5. Hardworking, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
6. Team player with good communication skill
7. Fluent in both English and Chinese (Putonghua)
8. Experienced in the construction phase with submittal/shop drawing review process and on-site field inspections.
TECHNICAL AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS:
1. ELV Systems design and analysis experience in the related field
2. General knowledge of the ELV engineering discipline, including industry practices, construction methods and materials, codes, current technology and the preparation and use of contract documents in all phases of design and construction.
3. Working knowledge of Extra low-voltage/telecommunications systems design is a must.
4. Proficient in the use of CAD and Revit for engineering design, production, and analysis.
5. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, and to thrive in a highly collaborative, multi-discipline project team environment.
6. Ability to supervise a small team of consultant and designers in the production of construction documents for project of medium complexity through all phases of design.
7. Strong written and oral communication skills, along with good interpersonal skills.
8. Strong organizational skill and the ability to effectively delegate work to subordinates.
