职位：财务经理

职责： 财务经理将作为华特迪士尼幻想工程（WDI）财务团队的一员，支持上海迪士尼度假区内所有由WDI管理的迪士尼体验项目。

该职位需要成为首选的业务决策智囊伙伴，为多个上海迪士尼度假区（SHDR）项目提供可靠的财务分析、决策支持和领导。

主要职责包括：

1. 主导资本项目的财务运营，包括工作分工及人员配置计划、预算管理和财务跟踪
2. 与项目团队协作，支持项目支出管理、把控财务趋势、预测项目风险，并推动财务价值实现
3. 建立财务控制流程，确保符合公司政策及相关法规要求
4. 协调财务团队与关键项目、运营及业务部门利益相关者之间的合作，确保决策基于财务数据的及时性与准确性
5. 基于对主题娱乐业务的深入理解和洞察，主动识别问题并提供以解决方案为导向的建议，从而影响关键决策
6. 以有说服力且及时的方式，向合作伙伴及管理层传达清晰简洁的观点和信息
7. 在团队中发挥模范带头作用，营造学习型环境，推动持续改进，分享最佳实践，并鼓励团队成员参与团队建设及业务学习机会
8. 该职位在项目初期阶段可能需要频繁或长期的出差

该职位向财务高级经理汇报。

任职要求：

• 对学习、参与并改进主题娱乐业务充满热情与好奇心

• 至少5年财务规划与分析、开发财务或运营财务相关领域工作经验

• 商业、金融或其他相关专业学士学位，学业成绩优异

• 能够在快节奏、动态的环境中高效工作，并能同时管理多项优先任务

• 既注重细节，又能把握宏观全局

• 具备出色的问题解决、决策制定及持续流程改进能力

• 在担任领导者、合作伙伴、协作者及影响者方面拥有成功经验

• 具备根据受众特点调整沟通内容的出色能力

• 技术能力强，熟悉财务系统及软件，具备学习并应用新技能与技术的能力

• 具备扎实的中英文书面及口头沟通能力

Role: Manager, Finance

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Manager, Finance role will be part of the Walt Disney Imagineering (WDI) Finance team, supporting all WDI-managed Disney Experience projects in Shanghai Disney Resort.

This position requires being a leading business thought partner of choice by providing sound financial analyses, decision support and leadership for several Shanghai Disney Resort (SHDR) projects. Key elements of this role include:

1)      Lead financial operations for capital projects, including division-of-work staffing plan, budget management, and financial tracking

2)      Engage with project team to support project spending, manage financial trending, forecast project risks, and drive financial value

3)      Ensure that financial control processes are in place to guarantee compliance of company policies and relevant regulations

4)      Collaborate among finance teams and with key project, operations, and segment stakeholders to ensure decisions based on financial timeliness and accuracy

5)      Proactively identify issues and offering solution-oriented recommendations to influence key decisions based on understanding and insights of the themed entertainment business

6)      Communicate clear and concise thoughts and information to partners and leaders in a persuasive and timely manner

7)      Be a role model and leader among the team, by creating a learning environment, challenging continuous improvement, sharing best practices, and encouraging participation in team building and business learning opportunities

8)      This role may require frequent and/or prolonged travels during early phases of projects

This position reports to Senior Manager, Finance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

•       Curiosity in learning, partaking, and improving themed entertainment business

•       Minimum 5 years’ work experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, development or operations finance related area

•       Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance or other related field with top academic achievement

•       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

•       Demonstrated an attention to detail, while maintaining the ability to see the bigger picture

•       Demonstrated problem solving, decision making, and continuous process improvement skills

•       Demonstrated success as an effective leader, partner, collaborator and influencer

•       Strong capability to tailor messages appropriately to audience

•       Demonstrated strong technical skills with knowledge of financial systems and software with the ability to learn and apply new skills and techniques

•       Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin language
