职位介绍:
您将成为一流的消费者洞察团队的一份子,为上海迪士尼度假区的各个部门提供支持,包括市场、票务、收益管理与分析、运营、餐饮运营、商品运营、娱乐演出和华特迪士尼幻想工程部门等。综合运用调研以及已有市场数据,与市场研究团队以及其他迪士尼乐园和度假区、 华特迪士尼公司、业务伙伴等通力合作,为上海迪士尼度假区的业务成长提供支持。您将汇报给资深经理,消费者洞察。
工作内容:
• 管理所有市场研究项目流程,包括确认需求,项目设计,调研设计,信息分析,和项目汇报,为内部客户(包括高管团队)提供信息和咨询。
• 透过分析以获得客观、清晰和可操作的结果,以便高层管理人员能够做出基于事实的决定。
• 积极与不同部门分享消费者洞察,让他们更了解消费者洞察通过调研对其业务的帮助,并确保消费者是各个业务部门战略规划的基础与核心。
• 定期为业务部门提供最新动态和消费者洞察,共享跨业务部门的市场信息。
我们希望您:
• 具备本科及以上学历(MBA 为佳)
• 在市场研究领域有八年以上扎实工作经验
• 具有中国内地从事研究工作经验为佳
• 具有优秀的团队领导力以及优秀的合作技巧,懂得处理不同意见
• 具有批判性思维,能从复杂的商业问题中设计出研究计划
• 有创造性思考的能力,并愿意尝试不同的研究手段
• 能够整理并建立分析计划设计问卷,分析及总结数据
• 能够将研究数据转换成可执行的洞察和建议,并通过有说服力的报告和汇报来讲述数据中的故事
• 具备良好的汇报演讲能力
• 具备定性以及定量研究技术的相关经验优先
• 拥有流利的中英文读写能力
• 拥有强烈的好奇心和热情去学习

Consumer Insight, Associate Manager
Line of Business: Marketing
Location: Shanghai, China
Position Summary:
You will be an integral part of a great team of researchers supporting a broad cross-section of departments across Shanghai Disney Resort including Marketing, Ticketing, Revenue Management & Analytics, Operations, Food & Beverage, Merchandise, Entertainment, and Walt Disney Imagineering departments. Commission and manage primary research, utilize secondary sources and collaborate with research teams and stakeholders within the Consumer Insight, Measurement & Analytics team and across Disney Resorts and Parks, The Walt Disney Company, and other partner organizations, to support the business development in Shanghai Disney Resort You will report to the Senior Manager, Consumer Insight.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all phases of the market research process including needs identification, project design, survey design, analysis, and presentation of results, provide consultation to internal clients, including executives.
• Synthesize results to provide objective, clear and actionable insights that allow management to make fact-based decisions.
• Actively share consumer insights with different departments so that they have a better understanding of how consumer insights can help their business through research and ensure that consumers are at the foundation and core of strategic planning for each business unit.
• Provide regular status updates and share consumer insights gleaned to leverage market knowledge across a broad spectrum.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
- Hands-on marketing researcher with 8+ years’ experience in Marketing Research.
- Prior research experience in Mainland China preferred.
- Demonstrated strong leadership and partnering skills, good at dealing with different opinions.
- Critical thinker, able to sort through complex business issues to develop research plans.
- Able to think out of the box and willing to try different research approaches.
- Able to conceptualize and build an analytic plan, design questionnaires or discussion guides, and analyze and summarize data.
- Demonstrated ability to translate research data into actionable insights and recommendations through compelling reports and presentations that tell a story.
- Demonstrated strong presentation skills.
- Experience with both quantitative and qualitative preferred.
- Written and verbal fluency in Mandarin and English.
- Natural curiosity and desire to learn.
