职位介绍：

在这个职位上，您将充分发挥全局观，整合全公司的财务信息。您将有机会就公司整体财务状况及未来计划直接向高层领导做出报告，学习如何把财务数据转化成商业语言，用专业分析和独到见解辅助管理层做出关键业务决策，并协助股东沟通。您将在此岗位上学习到有助于你未来职业发展的关键财务和商业技能。

工作内容：

• 与内部及外部各部门就业务表现和业务指标的趋势进行沟通，为公司的财务计划（如长期经营计划、全年经营预算、月度滚动预测、长期资产投资计划）提供财务数据整合与战略性分析的支持；
• 对财务预测情况及实际发生额进行比对分析，以解释业务差异原因供管理层审阅；
• 根据业务需求，支持特定项目的财务建模和商业分析，搭建并持续优化财务分析模型，确保在期限内高质量地完成各种分析报告，以支持关键业务决策；
• 支持与公司管理层及股东沟通财务情况的工作，包括定期报告、提供各类分析、参加重要会议并做报告演讲等；
• 积极寻求解决方案，识别改善机会以满足内外部各种需求;
• 支持其他临时项目和分析工作。

我们希望您：

• 至少3年以上财务或商业分析，财务规划或战略计划相关领域工作经验；
• 本科或硕士，财务、金融或会计相关专业；
• 熟练掌握量性分析和财务建模，具备搭建、分析并清楚阐述复杂财务报表和预测的能力；
• 注重细节，适应性强，能够在快节奏的工作环境和压力下对多项工作进行优先级管理，并高质量完成任务；
• 较强的沟通和说服能力，团队合作精神，有能力进行跨部门和高层汇报；
• 批判性思维，诚信正直，责任感突出；
• 积极主动，充满自信；
• 流利的英语，包括听说读写；
• 熟练使用Excel和PowerPoint；
• 有数据处理相关经验者优先，如掌握SQL, PowerBI, Tableau等的使用；
• 有跨国公司财务整合相关经验者优先。

Senior Financial Analyst

Line of Business: Operations Finance

Location: Shanghai, China

Job Summary：

In this role, you will have a holistic financial view and integrate financial information across the company. You will have the opportunity to report directly to the company's senior leaders on overall financial performance, forecasting and future planning, learn how to convert financial data into business language, and use professional analysis and impeccable insights to assist with key decision-makings and shareholder communications. You will be able to add value immediately and develop advanced business and finance skill sets that you can leverage in your future career development.

Key Responsibilities：

• Communicate performance trends and business drivers among internal and external stakeholders and support financial data consolidation with strategic analysis for company's financial plans (eg. Long Term Plan, Annual Operating Plan, monthly rolling forecast, capital planning etc.);
• Perform in-depth variance analysis for actuals versus forecast that articulate business rationale as to support management review;
• Create and continuously improve financial models and analyses, ensure the quality of various financial analyses and reporting within deadlines, as to support key business decisions;
• Support financial performance communications to senior management and shareholders through reporting, financial analysis, and presentation in critical meetings;
• Proactively resolve problems, identify opportunities for improvements, handling external and internal inquiries;
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and deep dive analysis.

Required Qualifications：

• At least 3 years or above of relevant professional work experience in financial or business analysis, Financial Planning & Analysis or strategic planning related functions;
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting;
• Advanced proficiency in quantitative analysis and financial modeling, ability to build, analyze and interpret complex financial reports and projections with clear logic;
• Detail-oriented, adaptive to changes and ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment under pressure;
• Strong communication, partnering and influencing skills, ability to present to cross-function teams and senior leaders;
• Critical thinking, high integrity and commitment;
• Highly motivated, self-starter, confident;
• Excellent written and verbal English Language skills;
• Solid skills in Excel and PowerPoint;
• Data processing experience with skills in SQL, PowerBI and Tableau preferred;
• Finance consolidation experience with multinational corporation preferred.
