作为销售经理，团队业务及工会业务，您将负责两条业务线的战略规划、团队领导、渠道伙伴管理及业务交付。您需要在复杂且快速变化的市场环境中做出清晰判断，将策略转化为可执行计划，并带领团队实现具有挑战性的增长目标。

您将推动团队业务转型并持续扩大国有企业工会业务，通过市场洞察、伙伴协作、商业机制优化和高质量执行，建立可持续、可复制的增长模式。

工作内容

· 制定团队业务及工会业务策略和商业计划，将方向转化为清晰的优先级、目标和行动。

· 带领、辅导并发展团队，建立明确的分工、经营节奏和结果导向的执行文化。

· 推动团队业务转型及国有企业工会业务增长，持续优化市场、客户、产品和渠道组合。

· 建立并深化关键伙伴关系，优化合作机制，提升伙伴动力、执行质量和长期业务价值。

· 运用数据和市场洞察跟踪业务表现、识别机会与风险，并及时调整计划。

· 推动跨部门协作，确保业务方案兼顾客户需求、商业价值、运营可行性及合规要求。

· 探索并验证新的业务模式，将有效做法沉淀为可复制、可规模化的增长机制。

Job Summary

As Sales Manager, DMC & SOE Union, you will lead strategy, planning, team development, partner management and business delivery across both lines of business. You will exercise sound judgment in a complex and fast-changing market, translate strategy into executable plans and lead the team to deliver ambitious growth objectives.

You will drive the transformation of DMC and the continued expansion of the SOE Union business through market insight, partner collaboration, commercial innovation and disciplined execution, building sustainable and repeatable growth models.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop strategies and business plans for DMC and SOE Union, translating direction into clear priorities, objectives and actions.

· Lead, coach and develop the team, establishing clear accountabilities, operating rhythms and a results-oriented execution culture.

· Drive DMC transformation and SOE Union growth by continuously optimizing the market, customer, product and channel portfolio.

· Build and deepen key partner relationships, improving collaboration mechanisms, partner motivation, execution quality and long-term value.

· Use data and market insight to track performance, identify opportunities and risks, and adjust plans promptly.

· Drive cross-functional collaboration to balance customer needs, commercial value, operational feasibility and compliance.

· Explore and validate new business models, turning proven approaches into repeatable and scalable growth mechanisms.

Desired Qualifications

· 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, channel or account management, with people leadership and a strong record of delivering challenging targets.

· Outstanding strategic thinking, with the ability to identify critical issues, set direction and translate strategy into executable plans.

· Excellent planning and execution, with the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes in a complex and fast-changing environment.

· Mature leadership, with the ability to set high standards, motivate teams, develop talent and build a results-oriented culture.

· Strong business judgment and analytical capability, with the ability to make decisions based on key business drivers.

· Excellent partner management, negotiation, influencing and cross-functional collaboration skills.

· Experience in travel, DMC, group business, union business or related channel businesses is preferred.

· Proactive, resilient and ownership-driven, with excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English.

· Bachelor’s degree or above; proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
