作为销售总监, 您将负责上海迪士尼度假区在海外的市场和销售业务,专注于提升上海迪士尼度假区的知名度和热爱度,开拓业务增长机会,实现上海迪士尼度假区的访客量目标及营收目标。

 

您的职责包括带领团队制订海外市场的业务策略和计划,带领市场团队执行面对海外市场的宣传策略和计划,包括官方账号的管理,媒体投放等,以全方位优化沟通的有效性。 同时,您也将带领销售团队制定市场和渠道发展策略和计划,与业务伙伴建立双赢的关系,持续优化投资回报,积极开拓业务增长。

 

该岗位需要具有极强的市场和销售综合能力,并具有商业敏锐度、商业合作伙伴管理经验和影响技能。您还需要对海外市场旅游行业,消费者动态以及商业合作伙伴面对的挑战、趋势和机遇提出见解,同时,具有优秀的分析和战略规划能力,能提出最合适的战略、市场营销、产品、促销组合,不断拓展业务以实现上海迪士尼度假区的访客和收入目标。

 

该岗位将汇报给副总裁,销售与商业战略,并在上海办公。

 

工作内容:

·       规划、开发、实施和执行上海迪士尼度假区在海外市场的市场和销售战略与计划,包括长期计划,年度计划和月度计划。

·       充分了解各市场和消费者的行为习惯,追踪旅游行业动态,结合商业环境及业务分析,制定消费者沟通和销售渠道战略,确定清晰的目标、角色和责任、时间表和项目计划;并与所有相关职能团队、外部业务伙伴进行沟通和协作,有效管理战略的执行;

·       打造最适合各市场的市场营销计划,包括营销内容、社媒及官方账号的管理,持续打造上海迪士尼度假区在海外市场的热爱度和到访意愿,并强化对销售转化的推动;

·       建立一个高效并有竞争力的分销模式,与选定的渠道合作伙伴建立双赢的战略伙伴关系,以及发展一个强有力的销售团队,以支持可持续的业务增长;

·       指导年度和长期预算和人员投资规划,以支持业务增长,并通过领导、指导团队成员,打造高效的日常运作和投入产出最大化;

·       您将识别和培养新的机会、项目和细分市场,以推动增量业务,并持续优化,以实现上海迪士尼度假区的最新战略和整体目标;


Job Summary:

As Sales Director, Overseas, you will be responsible for Shanghai Disney Resort’s overseas market and sales business. This role focuses on strengthening Shanghai Disney Resort’s awareness and affinity in overseas markets, identifying business growth opportunities, and achieving the Resort’s visitation and revenue goals.

You will lead the team to develop overseas market business strategies and plans. You will also guide the marketing team in executing overseas-facing communication strategies, including official account management and media investment, to improve communication effectiveness across channels. At the same time, you will lead the sales team to develop market and channel strategies, build win-win partnerships with business partners, continuously optimize return on investment, and actively drive business growth.

This role requires strong integrated capabilities in both marketing and sales, as well as commercial acumen, business partner management experience, and strong influencing skills. You are expected to provide insights into overseas tourism markets, consumer dynamics, and the challenges, trends, and opportunities faced by business partners. You should also demonstrate strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities, and be able to recommend the right mix of strategy, marketing, product, and promotional approaches to expand the business and achieve Shanghai Disney Resort’s visitation and revenue goals.

This position reports to the Vice President, Sales and Commercial Strategy, and is based in Shanghai.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Plan, develop, implement, and execute Shanghai Disney Resort’s overseas market and sales strategies and plans, including long-term plans, annual plans, and monthly plans.

·       Develop a deep understanding of consumer behaviors across different markets, track tourism industry trends, and combine business environment insights with business analysis to define consumer communication and sales channel strategies. Set clear objectives, roles and responsibilities, timelines, and project plans, and collaborate effectively with internal functions and external business partners to manage strategy execution.

·       Build market-specific marketing plans, including marketing content, social media, and official account management, to continuously strengthen Shanghai Disney Resort’s brand affinity and visitation intent in overseas markets, while supporting stronger sales conversion.

·       Establish an efficient and competitive distribution model, build win-win strategic partnerships with selected channel partners, and develop a strong sales team to support sustainable business growth.

·       Lead annual and long-term budget planning and headcount investment planning to support business growth. Build efficient daily operations and maximize return on investment through team leadership and coaching.

·       Identify and develop new opportunities, projects, and market segments to drive incremental business, and continuously optimize plans to support Shanghai Disney Resort’s latest strategy and overall business objectives.

·       具备扎实的商业敏锐性,对战略有很强的规划和执行力,并能快速发展;具有强大的分析和转换率优化能力,以优化综合平台战略和执行(投资回报率);

·       善于自我激励,是一个鼓舞人心的领导者,大胆且重视透明度,开放且直接;

·       以结果为导向,但也能在短期和长期业务目标之间、销售结果和团队发展之间取得平衡;

·       对中国的旅游行业有良好的了解,与在线旅游渠道合作伙伴建立了良好的网络和工作关系者优先;

·       熟悉中国及海外社媒平台、电子商务、网络技术、内容管理系统、用户体验和内容策略。

What We Are Looking For:

·       Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 10 years of experience in developing and implementing complex distribution models and managing key accounts, with a proven track record of delivering strong business results.

·       Strong capabilities in commercial strategy, project planning, budget management, English and Chinese presentation, communication, leadership, and team management.

·       Deep understanding of China’s online travel market platforms and proven ability to manage related activities in China effectively.

·       Strong communication skills in business development and partnership building, both internally and externally, with the ability to turn ideas into action. A positive attitude and strong sense of ownership are essential.

·       Ability to build business cases and use research and data to identify commercial opportunities. Strong analytical capability and sensitivity to data, including sales data, web/app analytics, and user behavior data.

·       Excellent leadership capability, with a strong track record in managing sales teams. Experience in successful change management is preferred.

·       Solid commercial acumen, strong strategic planning and execution capability, and the ability to learn and develop quickly. Strong analytical and conversion optimization capability to improve integrated platform strategy and execution, including return on investment.

·       Self-motivated and inspiring as a leader; bold, transparent, open, and direct.

·       Results-oriented, while also able to balance short-term and long-term business goals, as well as sales outcomes and team development.

·       Good understanding of China’s tourism industry. An established network and working relationships with online travel channel partners are preferred.

·       Familiarity with Chinese and overseas social media platforms, e-commerce, web technologies, content management systems, user experience, and content strategy.
