职位概述:

职位概述:作为助理经理,您将结合目标人群的需求,从0到1打造上海迪士尼度假区在小红书的全新账号,持续生产和传播对其有价值、有关联、能影响消费决策和行为的营销内容。同时,您也会负责开拓新兴数字化渠道与上海迪士尼度假区直营渠道的合作。您将跨团队、跨部门合作,并通过数据驱动的洞察来优化消费者营销内容。

 

主要职责:

1.   小红书账号全链路运营(70%)

  • 主导新账号从定位、视觉到内容的搭建与迭代;
  • 基于用户增长目标与生意目标,制定内容策略并生产全周期内容(视频、图文、直播),确保每篇内容兼具官方权威性、用户实用性,并符合品牌调性,并对最终曝光、互动、转化负责;
  • 监控粉丝画像、互动数据、搜索曝光及转化效果,每周输出优化简报;
  • 配合直播团队,执行在小红书平台的直播内容;协同媒体部门整合资源,放大内容传播效应;
  • 建立内容审核SOP与舆情响应机制,并做出及时反馈;
  • 通过该账号,嵌入服务转化点,配合客服团队,将潜在客户转化。

2.   新兴渠道合作拓展(30%)

  • 主动挖掘并推进新兴渠道的合作,包括但不仅限于落地执行、效果复盘;
  • 定期输出渠道趋势洞察报告;
  • 管理以上营销活动的相关预算,确保投资回报率最大化,定期汇报营销活动的表现,并提出改进建议,紧跟行业趋势,不断创新营销方法。


我们希望您:

  • 拥有三年以上社交媒体运营经验,精通小红书内容生态,熟悉搜索关键词布局、涨粉转化逻辑、聚光平台工具、直播玩法,有小红书账号从0到1成功案例者优先;
  • 本科及以上学历,熟悉办公软件,中英文流利;
  • 拥有强大的项目管理经验与出色的人际交往能力,与内外部合作伙伴建立成功的工作伙伴关系;
  • 具有较强的学习能力和理解能力,认真、仔细负责,有出色的抗压能力;
  • 自主驱动力强,具备创新思维和能力做事有始有终有态度,目标感强对结果有一定的自我要求;
  • 具备优秀的书面和口头沟通能力,能准确、有创造性及有外交技巧地传递信息;
  • 能够在快节奏和时间驱动的工作环境下,组织、安排并管理多个优先事务项。


Job Summary: As the Associate Manager, you will lead the end-to-end build of Shanghai Disney Resort’s new RED account, driving content that shapes consumer behavior. You will also expand emerging channel partnerships and work cross-functionally to optimize consumer marketing performance through data-driven insights.


Key Responsibilities:

1.    End-to-End RED Account Management (70%)

  • Lead the setup and ongoing evolution of the new account, including positioning, visual identity, and content strategy.
  • Develop content strategies aligned with user growth and business objectives and produce full-funnel content across formats (video, posts, livestreams). Ensure each content reflects official authority, delivers practical value to users, aligns with brand equity, and drives exposure, engagement, and conversion.
  • Monitor follower profiles, engagement metrics, search exposure, and conversion performance, and deliver weekly optimization reports.
  • Partner with the livestream team to execute livestream content on RED; Collaborate with the media team to integrate resources and amplify content reach and impact.
  • Establish content review SOPs and a public sentiment monitoring and response mechanism, ensuring timely feedback and action.
  • Embed service and conversion touchpoints within the account and work with the customer service team to convert potential customers.

2.    Emerging Channel Partnership Development (30%)

  • Proactively identify, evaluate, and advance partnerships with emerging digital platforms, including execution and post-campaign performance reviews.
  • Regularly produce channel trend and insights reports.
  • Manage budgets related to the above marketing initiatives to maximize ROI, provide regular performance updates, propose optimization recommendations, stay close to industry trends, and continuously innovate marketing approaches.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of social media operations experience, with deep expertise in the RED ecosystem, including search keyword strategy, follower growth and conversion logic; proven 0-to-1 RED account success is a plus;
  • Bachelor’s degree or above; proficient in office software; fluent in both Chinese and English.
  • Strong project management skills and excellent interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of building effective working relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Fast learner with comprehension skills; detail-oriented, responsible, and able to perform well under pressure.
  • Highly self-motivated with an innovative mindset, strong ownership, a results-driven attitude, and a commitment to seeing things through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey information clearly, creatively, and with diplomacy.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple workstreams effectively in a fast-paced, time-driven environment.
