职位介绍：
该职位将负责制定并执行异业合作的销售计划，以驱动上海迪士尼乐园的入园人次增长、客房夜数提升及收入最大化。您将统筹团队资源，管理关键合作伙伴关系，主导创新业务模式的孵化与规模化，并通过数据洞察指导销售策略优化，确保团队目标与度假区整体商业战略高度一致。
工作内容：
客户关系与合作伙伴的管理
- 负责指定客户的业绩达成，推动入园人次、客房夜数及贸易营销活动等关键指标的实现。
- 独立负责头部客户的商务谈判，锁定合作资源。
业务创新支持
- 负责异业合作项目等新业务模式的策划与落地，支持增长试点项目。
- 协助设计创新营销方案，提升品牌影响力和用户转化意愿。
数据洞察与分析支持
- 收集整理合作伙伴及市场信息，识别趋势并输出基础分析报告。
- 协助策划基于数据洞察的营销活动，提升入园及住宿转化效果。

This role will be responsible for developing and executing plans with the cross-industry partners to drive growth in park attendance, increase room nights, and maximize revenue at Shanghai Disney Resort. You will orchestrate team resources, manage key partner relationships, lead the incubation and scaling of innovative business models, and leverage data insights to optimize sales strategies, ensuring full alignment between team objectives and the resort's overall commercial strategy.
What You’ll Do:
Partnership Management
- Drive performance for assigned accounts, supporting the achievement of key KPIs including park admissions, room nights, and trade marketing activities.
- Independently responsible for business negotiations with key account, securing partnership resources.
Business Innovation Support
- Responsible for planning and executing new business models in the cross-industry cooperation projects, supporting growth pilot initiatives.
- Support the development of innovative marketing campaigns to strengthen brand appeal and improve customer conversion.
Market & Data Insights
- Collect and analyze information from partners and the market to identify trends and produce basic insight reports.
- Support the design of data-informed marketing activities to boost admissions and room night conversions.
我们希望您具备：
- 8年以上销售经验，旅游、OTA、酒店、电商或相关行业销售经验优先
- 具备成熟的商务谈判技巧
- 拥有酒店集团、银行或赛事机构等头部客户资源者优先
- 英语读写流利，具备基本口语沟通能力。
- 拥有良好的沟通协调能力，能高效对接内外部合作方。
- 本科及以上学历，旅游管理、市场营销、商务英语或相关专业优先。
- 能在快节奏、结果导向的环境中独立工作，抗压能力强。

What To Bring:
· 8+ years of experience in sales role, tourism, OTA, hospitality, e-commerce, or related fields sales preferred.
· Possess mature business negotiation skills.
· Preference given to candidates with key client resources in hotel groups, financial & insurance or event organizations.
· Fluent in written and spoken English (intermediate to advanced level).
· Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
· Bachelor’s degree or above in Tourism Management, Marketing, International Business, English, or related disciplines preferred.
· Self-motivated, able to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, and resilient under pressure.
