作为上海迪士尼度假区人力资源与学习和发展团队的一员，该职位将支持培训运营、数字学习内容制作与平台运营、视觉设计、学习数据与系统管理，以及学习项目和活动的执行。该职位将与团队及业务合作伙伴紧密协作，助力学习与发展项目高质量、有序开展。

工作内容

培训运营支持：支持面向演职人员的培训课程现场运营，包括课前物资与后勤准备、教室布置、签到协调及课程现场支持，确保培训顺利开展。
数字学习内容制作与平台运营：支持上海迪士尼度假区数字学习平台的日常运营，包括线上课程制作与上线、内容整理、素材更新及学习活动宣传等，确保线上学习内容清晰、准确并及时更新。
视觉设计支持：支持学习与发展部门各类项目和活动的视觉设计，包括学习推广材料、课程物料、活动宣传、路演及沟通材料等，提升学习项目的传播效果和专业呈现。
学习数据与系统管理：支持学习数据与系统的日常运营，包括学习系统学分记录、数据报表整理与基础分析，为学习项目复盘和平台运营提供数据支持。
项目与活动执行：支持多元、平等与包容相关项目，以及迪士尼大学和人力资源相关活动，包括项目协调、材料准备、现场执行及后续复盘。

本科及以上学历在读，人力资源、教育、视觉设计、新媒体等相关专业优先。

Job Summary

As a member of the Shanghai Disney Resort Human Resources and Learning and Development team, this role will support training operations, digital learning content production and platform operations, visual design, learning data and system management, and the execution of learning programs and activities. The intern will work closely with the team and business partners to help ensure Learning and Development initiatives are delivered with quality and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Training Operations Support: Support onsite training operations for Cast Members, including pre-course materials and logistics preparation, room setup, check-in coordination, and in-class support to ensure smooth training delivery.
Digital Learning Content Production and Platform Operations: Support the day-to-day operation of Shanghai Disney Resort’s digital learning platform, including online course production and publishing, content organization, asset updates, and learning campaign communications, ensuring that online learning content is clear, accurate, and updated in a timely manner.
Visual Design Support: Support visual design for various Learning and Development projects and activities, including learning promotion materials, course materials, event communications, roadshows, and communication materials, to enhance the communication impact and professional presentation of learning initiatives.
Learning Data and System Management: Support day-to-day learning data and system operations, including learning system credit records, data report preparation, and basic analysis, providing data support for learning program reviews and platform operations.
Project and Event Execution: Support Diversity, Equity and Inclusion-related programs, as well as Disney University and Human Resources activities, including project coordination, material preparation, onsite execution, and follow-up reviews.

Desired Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Human Resources, Education, Visual Design, New Media, or related fields are preferred.
Passionate about the Disney brand and culture, with a willingness to demonstrate and promote Disney values and spirit through work.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with basic skills in data organization and reporting.
Skilled in visual design or digital content production; familiarity with commonly used design, video, or audio editing tools is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
Good time management, teamwork, and cross-functional communication skills.
Strong learning agility and adaptability; proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to propose and share creative ideas.
