Responsibilities:
- 为上海迪士尼度假区的演职人员提供专业的服装服务和协助，协助演职人员完成演出的着装协助。
- 演出前的服装准备、协助演职人员着装、快换和打理服装，确保演职人员能够快速找到需要的服装和配件；时刻保持发放楼层和更衣箱区域干净整洁有序，以保证演职人员体验。
- 协助演职人员着装、快速换装和打理服装。
- 对演职人员提供各种服装相关服务，包括试衣和尺码确认、服装借取流程咨询、服装查找和维修、更衣箱查找和维修、名牌制作、服装账号查询及其它服装相关服务。
- 及时清理归还服装；洗涤演出服及贴身衣物，包括并不限于分类、搓洗、手洗单件演出服和贴身衣物，烘干、熨烫、折叠整齐后挂起存放。
- 接受来自工厂和仓库的货物，进行质检、预洗，将服装录入系统，上架, 并确保尺寸款式准确，便于演职人员查找。
- 内勤清理打扫工作， 以及其他被分配的任务。
- 在各区域协助客流管控
- 为游客提供方位指引、问询解答、乐园信息等相关的帮助
- 确保工作区域的干净和整洁
- 协助其他工作（包括但不限于商品打包，行李搬运等）
- 确保上海迪士尼度假区的整洁并及时清理地面垃圾
- 在其他相关部门处理现金／POS机相关的工作（* 此仅适用于和现金/POS相关的工作岗位）
Basic Qualifications:
- 良好的服务意识、沟通能力和团队协作精神
- 普通话流利，具有基本的英文会话能力更佳
- 能够熟练使用电脑和操作办公软件
- 可接受灵活的工作安排（可能需要在不同环境和区域工作，并且可接受不同班次的轮岗）
- 需要接受为期两个月的入职培训
- 能够接受在高峰忙季和节假日工作
