主要职责:
- 协助落实有利于上海迪士尼度假区企业社会责任的内外部各项目标、执行社区关系和企业社会责任策略、组织各项活动并负责活动的具体流程与开展等;
- 支持并积极执行企业社会责任和社区项目;
- 确保所有迪士尼志愿者社区活动与上海迪士尼度假区企业社会责任目标的一致性;
- 在规定的时间内高效准确地完成所有工作任务;
- 与内部业务合作伙伴合作,协助开发企业社会责任战略;
- 乐于团队合作;
- 须有根据工作任务灵活安排工作时间的意识;能够在周末,节假日及夜间工作,适应国内外出差。
所需资质:
- 学士学位及以上;
- 在公司企业社会责任、市场、或传讯等相关部门具有1-3年相关专业经验;
- 了解中国社会及上海的宏观发展状况及与其相关的政府政策;
- 能够实施战略目标并与项目团队合作落实各项慈善战略和计划;
- 了解国内外社区关系和企业社会责任的相关知识;
- 有创造性的思维方式,有能力领导项目并预计可能出现的问题;
- 具备优秀的与利益相关方沟通的技巧;
- 具备优秀的活动策划与管理技巧;
- 具备优秀的项目及时间管理经验;
- 具有解决问题和冲突管理的能力;
- 优秀的中英文口语及书面表达能力;
- 优秀的展示技巧,沟通和书写能力;
- 能够在团队环境中高效地工作;
- 有在外企环境工作的经验;
- 精通Word、Excel、Outlook和PowerPoint办公软件 ;

Job Summary:
This position will support the Citizenship and Community Relations function of the Public Affairs and Communications team at Shanghai Disney Resort. The position will assist in developing the overall strategy and executing the overall community relations, philanthropy and corporate responsibility activities for the resort.
Day-to-day functions include but are not limited to: developing and organizing Disney VoluntEARS projects; maintaining relations with nonprofit organizations and managing the resort’s philanthropy programs, etc. The position will also support preparation of internal and external communication of all citizenship and community outreach projects in Chinese and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of community relations and corporate citizenship strategies, campaigns, processes and vehicles that support the corporate citizenship objectives of Shanghai Disney Resort;
- Support planning and execution of citizenship and community outreach programs;
- Ensure all VoluntEARS outreach programs reflect the company’s citizenship missions;
- Accomplish all assignments effectively, accurately and within established timeframe;
- Work with internal business partners to support the development of corporate citizenship strategies;
- Enjoy team work;
- Flexibility in schedule based on work assignments is required; may require weekends, holidays, early morning, and late evening work as well as domestic and international business travels.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and above;
- 1-3 years of experience in corporate social responsibility, and/or marketing, corporate communications related field;
- Knowledge of Shanghai and China’s development and social landscape, and related government policies;
- Ability to implement strategies and coordinate with a project team to implement philanthropic strategies and plans;
- Knowledge of community relations and corporate citizenship/social responsibility works in China and overseas;
- Demonstrate creative thinking and the ability to take initiative with projects and anticipate issues of concerns;
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders;
- Strong event planning and project management skills;
- Proven experience in project and time management;
- Problem solving and conflict management skills;
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese, oral and written;
- Strong presentation, writing and communication skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment;
- Experience working in a multinational corporate environment;
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint are required;
- Proficiency in publishing, graphics design, photo and video editing software would be a plus;
