职位介绍:
作为维修技术员-电气,您的主要职责是进行各种电气系统维修维护,包括各种电气设施的预防性维修保养,故障排除和维修及供配电气设备、照明,安装新的电气设施,弱电系统,增加插座、开关,弯管和重设断路器等工作,检查系统/设备运行状态和功能状况,确保系统/设备的正常运行。
工作内容:
· 您应高度重视安全,并身体力行。
· 您将确保所负责范围内的资产安全可靠,保证演出布景质量。
· 照明系统,负责照明设备初装及故障照明设备更换。能搬运并使用普通手动工具和梯子。必须能爬高,能长时间保持手臂举过肩部的姿势的各种维修工作。
· 防护检修,必须拥有电气技术方面的能力,能读懂详细指令,能通过所有合规所要求的技术和安全培训考核。工作中需要步行或骑车,需以跪、俯、攀等姿势工作。能搬动设备到合适位置,供维护检查,推/拉的设备不超过50磅,搬举的工具和设备不超过50磅,能携带配件和工具爬楼梯/梯子。需在恶劣天气在室内外工作,无论班次。需频繁使用重5到50磅的电动/手动工具。
· 安装新导管、电线、控制器和断路器——能做简单计算,能分清颜色,了解中国电气领域的相关法律法规。
· 会使用CMMS系统(MAXIMO)管理工作量——将被要求参加合规和其他相关培训并通过考核,确保文件的正确维护。能使用计算机。能明确工作职责,确定所需配件/材料,并通过指定供应商进行采购。
· 能够安全并熟练地使用手动工具以及公司配备的特殊工具,包括制冷计量表、电流表或钳形电流表、真空泵、电笔、电筒、计量秤和电压表等。需要搬运管子、真空吸尘器和经过批准的喷雾器。必须能够识别故障的、损坏的、不安全的工具和设备,经过公司配备的工具的使得培训。需要频繁地使用电动工具。
· 根据工作范围,选择合适的配件,能够熟练地阅读说明书和识别电路图,根据维护手册采用正确的维修方案和更换流程。
· 您须与其他同事或其它专业的员工合作,处理各种维修工作。有较强的书面和口头沟通技巧。
· 您须保持设备、设备机房和工作间的干净、整洁。
· 您还需完成领导安排的其他任务。

· 持特种作业操作证(低压与高压电气)。
· 良好的手工作业经验与技能。
· 有电气设备维护行业的工作经验,了解电气设备维护工作流程、技能、工具、设备等。
· 有三年以上供配电系统和电气设备维护领域的相关工作经验,或五星级酒店同等工作经历。

· 能在倒班制的所有时段(即三班中的任意一班)、周末工作。

Job Summary:
As a Senior Technician-Electrical, your main responsibilities include performing maintenance and upkeep of various electrical systems. This encompasses preventive maintenance of electrical facilities, troubleshooting and repairs, maintenance of power supply and distribution equipment and lighting, installation of new electrical facilities and low-voltage systems, adding sockets and switches, pipe bending, and resetting circuit breakers. Additionally, you will inspect the operating status and functional conditions of systems/equipment to ensure stable and normal operation.
What You’ll Do:
· Demonstrate a visible commitment to safety.
· Ensure the safety, reliability, and quality of assigned assets.
· Lamping - Initial installation and replacement of defective lamps. Will use common hand tools and ladders. Must be able to climb, bend, kneel, and work with hands and arms above shoulder level for extended periods of time.
· Preventative Maintenance - Must have technical electrical competence, able to read and understand detailed instruction, and able to pass all compliance required technical and safety training. Will walk or bicycle, kneel, bend, and climb. May push vehicles to reposition them for maintenance checks. This will entail pushing/pulling equipment less than 50 lbs, lifting tools and equipment less than 50 lbs, climbing stairs and ladders while grasping parts and tools. May work indoors or outside during inclement weather and on any shift. Requires frequent handling of powered/manual tools weighing 5-50 lbs.
· Install new conduits, wires, controllers, and circuit breakers—able to perform basic calculations, distinguish colors, and understand relevant laws and regulations in China's electrical field.
· Proficient in using CMMS (MAXIMO) to manage workload—required to attend and pass compliance and other relevant training and ensure the proper maintenance of documents. Skilled in computer operation. Able to clarify job responsibilities, identify required accessories/materials, and procure them through designated suppliers.
· Able to safely and proficiently use hand tools and special tools provided by the company, including refrigeration gauges, ammeters/clamp meters, vacuum pumps, test pens, flashlights, weighing scales, and voltmeters, etc. Required to carry pipes, vacuum cleaners, and approved sprayers. Must be able to identify faulty, damaged, or unsafe tools and equipment, and complete training on the use of company-provided tools. Frequent use of power tools is required.
· Based on the work scope, select appropriate accessories. Proficient in reading manuals and identifying circuit diagrams and adopting correct repair plans and replacement procedures in accordance with maintenance manuals.
· You must cooperate with other colleagues or professional staff to handle various maintenance tasks. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
· You must maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of equipment, equipment, rooms, and workspaces.
· You are also required to complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
What To Bring:
· Hold special operating license (Electrical low and high voltage).
· Good hand work experience and skill.
· Experience working in an electrical maintenance environment with knowledge of electrical maintenance work processes, trades, tools, equipment, etc.
· At least 3 years of relevant experience in the maintenance of power distribution systems and electrical equipment, or equivalent work experience in five-star hotels.
· Good communication skills and the spirit of cooperation.
· Available to work Sunday through Saturday, all shifts including overnight shifts, as deemed required by management.
· Available to work on holidays.
· Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.
