作为技术与数字部门的软件工程师，您将主要在微信技术团队负责相关应用的维护，规划与实施。微信技术团队是公司微信生态的核心技术中枢，负责微信全场景（小程序、公众号、视频号等）的技术支撑与价值落地，核心输出生态整合、流量运营、服务体验、数据合规四大能力，联动各业务团队与基础设施层，赋能公司全域业务在微信渠道高效落地。

工作内容：

• 主导微信生态前端业务维护，负责小程序、微信公众号、管理后台等前端页面的开发、迭代、优化及线上问题排查，保障产品稳定高效运行。
• 承担全栈开发工作（以前端为主），妥善处理简单后端开发任务（如接口对接、数据处理等），支撑前端业务落地，实现端到端技术闭环。
• 结合公司业务战略及微信生态特性，主导微信渠道前端（及相关全栈）技术发展路线图设计，制定技术升级、架构优化方案，推动技术能力沉淀与复用。
• 负责微信相关项目的推进与落地，协调跨团队（业务层、基础设施层）资源，管理好复杂多元的利益相关方，把控项目进度、质量及用户体验，确保项目按时交付。
• 优化微信端用户体验，结合微信原生能力提升前端页面性能、兼容性及交互流畅度，支撑公私域流量运营与商业转化。
• 关注微信生态前端及全栈技术动态，引入行业最佳实践，对AI开发工具、智能组件应用等有学习意愿和落地能力，推动团队技术能力提升，参与技术规范制定与团队建设。

我们希望您：

• 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上全栈 和5年以上前端H5应用开发经验，具备微信生态开发经验。
• 精通前端技术：HTML/CSS/JavaScript，熟悉Angular、Vue等主流框架，能独立完成前端项目的开发与优化。
• 掌握后端开发技能：熟悉Node.js（或JAVA等其他后端技术），能完成接口开发、数据处理及接口对接工作。
• 熟悉小程序、公众号开发规范，熟练调用微信原生API，深入理解微信生态特性及技术限制。
• 具备优秀的项目管理能力，善于跨团队沟通协调，能管理好复杂多元的利益相关方，能独立推进大型项目按时按量落地。
• 具备较强的技术规划能力、问题分析与解决能力，对业务敏感，能结合业务需求设计合理的全栈技术方案。
• 工作认真负责，具备良好的沟通协作能力、学习能力及抗压能力，有团队合作精神。

Job Summary:

As a software engineer of Technology & Digital Department, you will mainly work on application’s maintenance, plan & implement in WeChat Team. WeChat Team is responsible for the technical support and value realization of the entire WeChat scenario (Mini Programs, Official Accounts, Channels, etc.). It mainly outputs four core capabilities: Ecosystem Integration, Traffic Operation, Service Experience, and Data & Compliance, linking various business teams and the infrastructure layer to empower the efficient implementation of the company’s global business on the WeChat channel.

What You’ll Do:

• Take the lead in frontend business maintenance of the WeChat ecosystem, including the development, iteration, optimization and online problem troubleshooting of Mini Programs, WeChat Official Accounts, and management backends, ensuring stable and efficient operation of products.
• Undertake full-stack development work (frontend-oriented), properly handle simple backend development tasks (such as interface docking, data processing) to support frontend business landing, and realize end-to-end technical closed-loop.
• Combine the company’s business strategy and WeChat ecosystem characteristics to lead the design of the frontend (and related full stack) technology development roadmap for the WeChat channel, formulate technical upgrade and architecture optimization plans, and promote the precipitation and reuse of technical capabilities.
• Be responsible for the promotion and implementation of WeChat-related full-stack projects, coordinate resources across teams (business layer, infrastructure layer), effectively manage complex and diverse stakeholders, control project progress, quality and user experience, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Optimize the user experience on the WeChat terminal, combine WeChat native capabilities to improve frontend page performance, compatibility and interaction fluency, and support public-private domain traffic operation and commercial conversion.
• Pay attention to the dynamics of frontend and full-stack technologies in the WeChat ecosystem, introduce industry best practices, have the willingness to learn and the ability to implement AI development tools and intelligent component applications, drive the improvement of the team's technical capabilities, and participate in the formulation of technical specifications and team building.
• Have the willingness and ability to learn about the AI ecosystem.

What To Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related majors, with 3+ years of full stack & 5+ years of frontend development experience, rich experience in WeChat Mini Program and Official Account frontend development is preferred.
• Proficient in frontend technologies: HTML/CSS/JavaScript, familiar with mainstream frameworks such as Angular、Vue, and capable of independently completing frontend project development and optimization.
• Master basic backend development skills: familiar with Node.js (or other backend technologies like JAVA), able to complete simple interface development, data processing and interface docking tasks.
• Familiar with the development specifications of WeChat Mini Programs and Official Accounts, proficient in calling WeChat native APIs, and have a deep understanding of the characteristics and technical limitations of the WeChat ecosystem.
• Strong project management skills, excel at cross-team communication and coordination, effectively manage complex and diverse stakeholders, and independently drive large-scale projects to be delivered on time and as planned.
• Strong technical planning ability, problem analysis and solving ability, sensitive to business, and able to design reasonable full-stack technical solutions combined with business needs.
• Serious and responsible at work, with good communication and collaboration skills, learning ability and pressure resistance, and team spirit.
