作为经理,整合平台,您将负责上海迪士尼度假区在本地市场的特定整合平台,推动多业态的生意统筹增长与目标达成。
基于对平台生态系统、旗舰店和渠道合作等生意模式的深入理解,您的职责是对在国内电子商务平台(如美团点评/京东)上开设的上海迪士尼度假区旗舰店及渠道自营业务,制定平台生意策略,积极开发并优化营销活动,与内外部协同方密切合作,最大限度地提高品牌影响力的同时达成年度业务目标,并持续优化平台合作效率。
工作内容:
1. 策略制定与生意把控
· 结合公司战略与部门策略,统筹制定平台生意策略(包含旗舰店及渠道自营双模式)及年度/季度/月度的落地路径,以达成整体年度AOP指标。
· 基于对所负责平台的深度了解,结合流量结构/用户画像/销量转化等核心要素,主导日常平台的货品/预算等内部资源申请与分配,并最大化撬动平台端资源的获取。
2. 营销合作管理
· 充分运用市场营销经验,结合平台资源特点与人群特性,利用平台优势活动节点,进行常态化&节点性营销合作规划,达成声量/流量/销量的三量合一。
· 持续寻求和验证效能提升手段,在消费者体验得到保障和优化的同时,提升资源投入的ROI。
3. 战略项目主导
· 结合市场趋势、平台动向、竞对动作及内外部数据等信息,通过敏锐的商业嗅觉抓住战略性项目合作机遇,主导项目谈判并带领团队推动其落地执行拿结果。
· 根据公司的业务导向需求,探索新的生意增长曲线,探索孵化创新型项目可能性,以驱动长期可持续性的平台多业态发展。
4. 客情统筹管理
· 纵向巩固:紧密跟随平台组织架构变化,深化建设决策链关键客户关系,加强合作深度与满意度。
· 横向拓展:积极拓展打开平台普遍客户关系网络,通过更广的客情触点,撬动更多合作机遇与模式升级。
我们希望您:
· 具备丰富的互联网、电商、OTA或景区行业经验,其中至少3年以上客户管理/销售规划/市场营销等相关岗位管理者经验,熟悉美团/大众点评/京东等平台者优先,有头部景区或生活服务平台工作经验者优先。
· 极强的商业敏锐度和出色的生意周期管理能力,数据驱动,结果导向,擅长复杂项目的操盘与落地,主导过大型业务策略项目并取得可量化成果的经验者优先。
· 优秀的客情关系建设与跨部门沟通影响力,善于在复杂组织中协调资源、推动项目进度与达成。
· 自驱力强,主人翁意识突出,具备要性和创新意识,以及良好的团队管理经验。

Manager, Integrated Platforms (Meituan-Dianping / JD.com)

Job Summary:
As Manager of Integrated Platforms, you will be responsible for specific integrated platforms in the local market for Shanghai Disney Resort, driving coordinated business growth and target achievement across multiple business formats.
Based on an in-depth understanding of platform ecosystems, flagship store operations, and channel partnership business models, your responsibilities include developing platform business strategies for Shanghai Disney Resort's flagship stores and proprietary channel operations on domestic e-commerce platforms (such as Meituan-Dianping / JD.com). You will actively develop and optimize marketing campaigns, collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to maximize brand impact while achieving annual business targets, and continuously optimize platform partnership efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development & Business Management
• Align with corporate strategy and departmental objectives to develop comprehensive platform business strategies (covering both flagship stores and proprietary channel models), establishing annual/quarterly/monthly implementation roadmaps to achieve overall Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets.
• Leverage deep expertise of assigned platforms, combined with core elements such as traffic structure, user profiles, and sales conversion, to lead internal resource applications and allocations for product assortment and budgeting, while maximizing the acquisition of platform-side resources.
2. Marketing Partnership Management
• Apply extensive marketing experience, combined with platform resource characteristics and audience attributes, to leverage key platform promotional events for both regular and seasonal marketing partnership planning—achieving the integration of "three metrics": brand awareness, traffic volume, and sales volume.
• Continuously seek and validate efficiency improvement methods to enhance ROI on resource investment while ensuring and optimizing consumer experience.
3. Strategic Project Leadership
• Synthesize market trends, platform dynamics, competitor activities, and internal/external data to identify strategic partnership opportunities through acute business acumen; lead project negotiations and drive team execution to deliver results.
• Based on company's business direction requirements, explore new growth curves and innovative project incubation possibilities to drive long-term sustainable multi-format platform development.
4. Key Account Relationship Management
• Vertical Consolidation: Closely monitor platform organizational structure changes, deepen relationships with key decision-makers in the decision chain, and strengthen partnership depth and satisfaction.
• Horizontal Expansion: Actively expand and establish broad customer relationship networks across the platform, leveraging wider touchpoints to unlock more partnership opportunities and model upgrades.
What We Look For:
• Extensive experience in internet, e-commerce, OTA, or attractions/destinations industries, with at least 3+ years in management roles related to account management, sales planning, or marketing. Priority given to candidates familiar with Meituan, Dianping, or JD.com platforms, or those with experience at leading attractions or lifestyle service platforms.
• Exceptional business acumen and outstanding business cycle management capabilities; data-driven and results-oriented; proven track record in managing complex projects and landing large-scale business strategy initiatives with quantifiable achievements preferred.
• Excellent relationship building skills and cross-functional communication influence; adept at coordinating resources, driving project progress, and achieving goals within complex organizations.
• Strong self-motivation, ownership mentality, ambition ("Yao Xing"), and innovative consciousness, with solid team management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
