主管，客房总仓: 客房总仓主管的职责是指导总仓演职人员在客用品的盘点，运送客用品至楼层工作间，客借物品的盘点和维护以及监控供应商交货等方面提供方向指引和建议，保证安全标准。

工作内容：

·      遵守公司政策和规定，对所有人平等对待。

·      遵守考勤和排班规定。

·      维护客房部和公共区域的货物，布草和设备的仓储。

·      日常工作：安排并监督客用品的盘点，运送客人需要的物品，客借物品的盘点和维护以及监控供应商交货等。

·      能够用妥当的态度面对客人和演职人员，尤其注重与儿童的沟通交流。

·      具有妥善管理大数量物品库存的能力。

·      报告在维护过程中发现的问题和安全隐患。

·      监督供应商货运商货品的数量和质量。

·      帮助管理层解决供应商和演职人员的相关事项。

·      管理货品和布草的库存等级 。

·      具有与内部合作伙伴和外部合作伙伴建立良好关系的技巧。

·      汇报维护缺陷，安全隐患，遗失物品和监督更正情况。

·      具有很高的组织性，并具备管理大量库存的能力。

·      接收、盘点和管理入库的客房用品。

·      派送客房用品至客房部的布草间 。

·      每月底前完成客房用品， 及清洁药剂的使用报表。

·      管理客房部总仓， 保证仓库整洁，安全。

·      帮助安全的移动物品，并且监督客房用品和布草入仓和出仓。

·      必须具有高度的安全防范意识，能预见到潜在不安全因素，随时监督和检查员工工作中可能存在的不安全问题，发现立即处理并报告。

·      您需要取得上岗所需的任职资格证书，且完成并通过所有入职之后的培训及考核（包括但不限于：岗前培训）。

Welcome to the Hotel Operations

Shanghai Disney Resort, the first Disney resort in Mainland China, will be a place where friends and family can escape together to a whole new world of fantasy, imagination, creativity and adventure. The resort will include a park designed in the rich tradition of Disneyland theme parks around the world with the uniqueness and beauty of China, two themed hotels, a large retail, dining and entertainment venue and an array of recreation facilities. The resort will be located in Pudong, Shanghai. As we create this magical destination, we’re looking for a variety of world-class professionals including front line Cast Members and an innovative development team to help our plans take shape.

Job Summary:

Lead, Housekeeping- General Store: General Store Lead is responsible for coaching General Store Host/Hostess to take inventory of Guest supplies, delivering of needed items to Cast areas, take inventory of on loan items and monitor vendor deliveries and provide oversight of safety and standards.

What You’ll Do:

·      Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.

·      Meet attendance and scheduling availability guidelines.

·      Maintaining the overall Housekeeping and Public area inventory for supplies, linen and equipment .

·      Arranging and monitoring Tasks include some or all the following: Taking inventory of Guest supplies, delivering of needed items to pantry room, take inventory of on loan items and monitor vendor deliveries.

·      Engage and interact with Guest and Cast as appropriate with a focus on children.

·      Highly organized and ability to manage high volumes of inventory.

·      Ensure reporting maintenance defects and safety issues.

·      Conduct quality and quantity inspections of vendor deliveries.

·      Assist Leaders in resolving Vendor and Cast concerns/issues .

·      Monitor supply and/or linen inventory levels.

·      Strong relationship building and influencing skills for internal and external partners.

·      Report maintenance defects, safety issues, missing items and monitor corrections.

·      Highly organized and ability to manage and maintain high volumes of inventory.

·      Receive, verify receipt and store incoming supplies.

·      Deliver supplies to the pantry room in the floor.

·      Complete the consumption report of the guest supplier and Chemical before end of the month.

·      Well manage the general store of housekeeping, ensure the store are clean and tidy.

·      Facilitate safe movement and organization of incoming and outgoing supplies and/or linen supplies.

·      Must have highly security awareness, can foresee the unsafety factors and can monitor and check any unsafe problems, which cast members may cause. Once found out, must deal with it and report it immediately.

·      Perform additional duties as directed by leaders.

·      Sitting/Standing: Constantly walking/standing and occasionally sitting .

·      Pushing / Pulling: Occasionally moderate to heavy items ,lifting: up to 23 kg.

·      Bending / Twisting / Kneeling: Constantly.

·      Use of hands: Constantly. Constant use of repetitive wrist motions. Uses repetitive motion for system operating, typing and using radios and phones.

·      Working Environment: Indoor environment. Constantly working in unclean areas.

·      Work with chemicals and hazardous material (cleaning supplies and equipment).

·      You shall obtain certificate/qualification(s) required for performing the job, and complete and pass all post-employment trainings and assessments (including but not limited to On-Job-Training).

·      Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.
