Location: Shanghai, China
Job Summary:
As an Alliance Development Intern, your primary responsibility is to support the Alliance Development team in identifying, evaluating, and developing strategic partnership opportunities for Shanghai Disney Resort that drive financial and marketing impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and generate industry analysis reports, including trends, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights etc.
- Understand the Corporate Alliances (CA) business model and assist in developing frameworks for business development strategies, pitch decks, and other strategic/business materials.
- Analyze financials and build basic financial evaluation models to support decision-making.
- Provide ad hoc support for client meetings, internal workshops, and administrative tasks as needed.
Desired Qualifications:
- Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for proposing new ideas and problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Preferred MBA or Business School candidates
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and spreadsheets
- Minimum 3 days per week on-site
