Job Summary:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Settle C&B related payments via PO/ZAP requests to different vendors. Payments include annual insurance premium, WSA program, annual health check-up fee, festival gift orders, legal consulting service fee, Market survey fee, savings plan account maintenance fee, disabled fee, etc.
- Update C&B related articles on DTHR in a timely manner
- Work with GHRO and payroll Team to deliver C&B related policy communication, such as annual Insurance Plan update, Annual WAS plan update, savings plan contribution change, any policy changes or new policy launch, etc.
- Help coordinate the SHDR employee discount announcement with communication team
- Help send C&B related communication message, i.e. monthly wellness letter, annual insurance plan kick-off, annual WSA plan kick-off, etc.
- Help coordinate various employee communication meetings, i.e. annual LTI IIT briefing meetings for all China arranged by CORP tax team, annual benefits briefing meetings for annual insurance renewal, WSA, B2B2C insurance briefing, communication of any other new initiatives, etc.
Qualifications:
- Studying for a Bachelor degree in Human Resources or other related field preferred
- Strong communication skills both in English and Mandarin
- Proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel, etc.
- An enthusiastic team player, able to work under high pressure
- Able to handle confidential information
- Can work at least 3 days per week, 6 months
