About Creative Manager (Copy Based)
- The Creative Manager is in charge of orchestrating Shanghai Disney Resort's communications and advertising production.
- This role works closely with other creatives in generating diverse creative assets. These assets may span across various mediums such as film, print, and digital content for our online platforms.
- You're a wordsmith who can craft narratives that transport audiences to the enchanting world of Disney. Your portfolio showcases innovative and strategic solutions for leading brands across film, print, and digital media.
- As an expert storyteller, you understand how to infuse the unique Disney magic into every piece of content, creating emotional connections with our guests.
- You're a hands-on professional with a deep understanding of consumer behavior. Your ability to leverage consumer insights will help us develop concepts that resonate with different market segments.

What You’ll Do
- Bring world-class creativity to Shanghai Disney Resort's marketing initiatives. This involves brainstorming fresh ideas, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that every campaign aligns with our brand values and business goals.
- Roll up your sleeves and actively participate in the conceptualization process. You'll write top-notch copy for campaigns and assets, making sure the messaging is consistent, engaging, and tailored to our target audience.
- Work closely with external agency partners to streamline workflows. This means coordinating project timelines, providing clear feedback, and finding ways to maximize efficiency without sacrificing quality. You'll also ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Navigate our fast-paced environment with ease. You'll juggle multiple projects simultaneously, using your organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. And all the while, you'll keep your eyes on the prize of creative excellence.
What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years of relevant working experience in a 4A agency or boutique agency. This background equips you with the industry know-how, exposure to different clients, and best practices in creative production, allowing you to hit the ground running at Shanghai Disney Resort.
- Demonstrated creative excellence in both traditional and digital realms. Our marketing efforts span various channels, and your ability to create outstanding work across these platforms ensures that our brand has a cohesive and impactful presence.
- A proven, proactive, results-oriented mindset. We need someone who takes the initiative, anticipates challenges, and works towards achieving measurable results to enhance our brand image and drive business growth.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, styles, and technologies. In the ever-evolving world of marketing, this knowledge will help us stay ahead of the competition and deliver cutting-edge campaigns.
- Good presentation skills (preferably in both Chinese and English). You'll be presenting your ideas to internal teams and external partners, and effective communication in multiple languages will facilitate seamless collaboration.
- A demonstration of initiative and responsibility. Taking the lead when needed and being accountable for your work are essential traits in a role where creativity meets tight deadlines and high expectations.
