Job Summary:
Job Summary
The associate manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Business Strategy Team by ensuring seamless coordination, tracking, and administrative management of key growth projects. This role is critical to maintain alignment across parallel initiatives, facilitate communication between stakeholders, perform financial analysis and develop key presentations to support the advancement of projects
Key Responsibilities
o Conduct research and financial analysis to assess SHDR growth opportunities and strategies
o Support communications on investment update and develop the periodic and ad-hoc presentation to internal stakeholders, shareholders, Board of Directors and government partners;
o Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with project leaders, and maintain centralized project trackers, flagging risks or delays and communicating updates to internal team and project stakeholders.
o Closely track changes in project scope and financials, conduct variance and impact analysis, and provide regular updates and reporting to relevant stakeholders.
o Facilitate the resolution of finance-related issues during project execution by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project financing and delivery
o Plan, organize and coordinate regular key project review meetings for senior leaders and key stakeholders upon aligned timelines and priorities.
o Act as the primary liaison between the Business Strategy Team and the translation team, ensuring timely and precise translation, reviewing documents for quality and consistency, and managing deadlines for critical deliverables.
o Establish and maintain a systematic filing system for critical project documents ensuring easy access, and archive finalized materials and manage version control for ongoing initiatives.
o Carry out ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by leadership
Required Qualifications
o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
o 5+ years of experience in business strategy, financial planning, project management or relevant areas
o Demonstrated competence to deal with ambiguity and work independently with limited guidance in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
o Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
o Demonstrated flexibility and problem-solving skills
o Experience managing meeting arrangements, events, or complex schedules.
o Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and verbal)
