Job Summary:
The Shanghai Disney Resort Revenue Management & Analytic team supports clients both internal and external to Theme Park & Resort with business solutions based on advanced analytics. The team is a growing group of professionals, responsible for Revenue Management and Analytics for the overall Resort project and includes such functions as Forecasting and Planning, Pricing Revenue Management and Decision Science Support.

Key Responsibilities:
· Perform in‑depth data analyses to support one of the key revenue streams — Pay for Convenience. Formulate business strategies to drive revenue growth, including identifying revenue opportunities, optimizing the product portfolio, and developing pricing strategies.
· Formulate and execute business offer plans from end to end, including offer design, implementation, and performance evaluation, to better meet evolving business needs.
· Demonstrate strong cross‑functional collaboration by working closely with key stakeholders and communicating effectively to drive optimal business results. Key stakeholders include Industrial Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Technology, Finance, Operations, and others.
· Support Pay for Convenience business forecasting through strong business acumen: understand key growth drivers and influencing factors, develop robust revenue analytics models by collecting, cleansing, and processing internal and external data, and continuously enhance analytical tools.
· Develop and maintain tracking reports for offer changes and performance by analyzing data and propose actionable recommendations from perspectives such as inventory management and capacity optimization.
· Define data requirements and contribute to building standardized data structures to support scalable and future‑ready data analysis.
Desired Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years’ work experience in business related field, such as pricing, revenue management, data science, information systems, statistics, economics, business planning, business intelligence, or operations management;
· Enthusiasm for theme park and entertainment industries;
· Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with substantial hands-on experience in conducting sophisticated business analysis;
· Experiences with quantitative software such as SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, SAS, SPSS. Proficiency with at least one or more of the following programming languages: VBA, SAS, SQL, Python, R;
· Demonstrated strong attention to detail and accuracy;
· Problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
· Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities and perform job responsibilities accurately;
· Work in a fast-paced and somewhat stressful environment;
· Ability to work in a project team-oriented environment in a complex and diverse business unit of a multi-national company ;
· Possess good communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to communicate up and down the organizational structure to convey key elements in a concise and positive manner;
· Demonstrated partnering, relationship-building, influencing;
· Get along with fellow team members and work as a team;
· Natural curiosity and desire to learn (including new tools);
· Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.
