我们正在寻找一名经验丰富的数据库工程师加入我们的团队，您将负责确保MySQL 和MongoDB集群实例的性能、可用性和安全性，并与其他团队紧密合作，按要求准备相关文档和说明。  

工作内容：

• 您将负责数据库架构设计和数据库运维，包含但不限于数据库架构的调研、数据库安装、升级、容量规划、备份恢复、容灾策略实施；
• 您将负责据库的性能优化、故障分析和处理、确保数据库安全、支持高并发和高可用的要求；
• 您将编写各类数据库规范性文档，进行SQL审核并制定相关规范和标准，制定数据库用户密码策略，完善安全管控；
• 您将负责数据库自动化运维工具的开发；
• 您将配合开发部门制定数据库技术方案，如集群方案、解耦拆分方案、读写分离策略、分库分表策略，数据同步迁移方案等;
• 您将完成上级领导交给的其他工作任务。
   

我们希望您：

• 拥有本科或以上学历，计算机科学或相关专业；
• 3年及以上数据库运维管理经验，具备高并发、高可用技术方案的实施和运维经验，具备大型数据库（TB级）运维经验或者分布式集群运维经验者优先；
• 熟悉MySQL数据库的运行机制和体系架构，精通MySQL数据库的分析、管理、扩容、备份恢复、优化、安全及权限管理体系，熟悉MongoDB，Redis；
• 熟悉数据库选型，能够根据业务需要改进数据库架构，提供高可用，高性能，高并发，可扩展，安全稳定的数据库解决方案；
• 熟悉数据库监控相关的工具和监控指标；
• 具备Python或Shell开发经验者优先；
• 熟悉公有云（如Ali Cloud，AWS等）或者私有云数据库相关产品者优先；
• 熟练的英语口语及书面表达能力 。

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced database engineer in database who will be responsible for ensuring the performance, availability, and security of clusters of MySQL and MongoDB instances. You will also work in tandem with the other teams, preparing documentations and specifications as required. 

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for database architecture design and database operation and maintenance, including but not limited to database architecture research, database installation, upgrade, capacity planning, backup and recovery, and disaster recovery strategy implementation;
• You will be responsible for database performance optimization, troubleshooting and resolve issues, ensuring database security, and supporting high concurrency and high availability requirements;
• You will prepare database regulatory documentations and specifications, implement of SQL audits and formulate relevant specifications and standards, formulate database user password policy, and improve security management and control;
• You will be responsible for the development of database automated operation and maintenance tools;
• You will collaborate with developers for database solutions, such as database clustering solutions, decoupling and splitting redundancy,read-write separation, database and table splitting, data synchronization, migration and etc.;
• You will complete other tasks assigned by your line manager.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science or related;
• 3 years or above experience in database operation and maintenance management, with experience in the implementation and operation of high-concurrency, high-availability technical solutions, and experience in large-scale database (TB-level) operation and maintenance or distributed cluster operation and maintenance experience is preferred;
• Familiar with the operating mechanism and architecture of the MySQL database, proficient in the analysis, management, expansion, backup and recovery, optimization, security and authority management system of the MySQL database, familiar with MongoDB, Redis;
• Familiar with database architecture selection, able to choose database architecture according to business needs, and provide high availability, high performance, high concurrency, scalability, security and stability of database solutions;
• Familiar with the tools about database monitoring and monitoring indicators;
• Experience in Shell or Python development is preferred;
• Familiar with public cloud (such as AliCloud, AWS etc.) RDS relevant products;
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
