Job Summary:
这个岗位将协助娱乐演出部门进行如下工作：支持现场舞台表演安全进行，包括室内，室外，特别活动；按照舞台监督的指令、时间码或自指令活动准确操作音频、视频、灯光设备；在演出前后各项检查工作。这个岗位将向上海迪士尼度假区奇梦之光幻影秀的舞台经理汇报。
Responsibilities:
- 您将按照创意构思操作指定舞台和其他现场表演相关设备；
- 您将操作以及编程舞台所用的音频、视频、灯光设备；
- 您将进行演出前、后检查，确保整场演出顺利进行；
- 您将进行演出前、中、后的安全检查；
- 您将进行设备的安装
- 您将进行设备维护保养报告和协助；
- 您将协助保持干净的工作环境；
- 您将搭建舞台，并协助装卸舞台相关设备；
- 您将通过“Maximo”软件进行演出报告设备问题管理和跟踪；
- 您需要经常站立和走动；
- 您需要经常推拉35千克左右的重物；
- 您需要经常抬举12公斤左右的重物，偶尔抬举35千克左右的重物；
- 您需要经常屈颈弯腰，偶尔需要屈膝跪地；
- 您需要经常使用双手；
- 您需要能够在各种天气和视野受限的情况下工作，并且需要能够适应高空作业和剧场、舞台作业；
- 您需要接受入职培训。

Basic Qualifications:
- 拥有以下演出相关的音频、视频、灯光设备工作经验中的一项或几项：
- 灯光：2 DMX Univers+、MA灯光控制台、电脑灯、常规灯、调光系统、DMX分配器、LED、色片、聚焦等；
- 视频：4K视频投影、30000流明以上投影仪、视频服务器、视频剪辑器；
- 控台装置： MIDI, DMX, TCP/IP, RS422, RS482, RS232 protocols；能够定义和使用娱乐演出设备进行控制系统编程；
- 舞台设备：卷扬器、演员飞行设备、液压装置、ProfiNET以及自动控制台操作。
- 熟悉SMPTE timecode时钟同步编码者优先考虑；
- 拥有三年以上舞台设备管理经验；
- 拥有高空作业证；
- 普通话流利，英语较熟练；
- 能够每日按照日程按时完成给定工作；
- 能适应与不同的部门一起工作；
- 愿意协助他人完成复杂困难的工作任务；
- 接受工作调动；
- 富有责任心；
- 积极主动，乐于助人；
- 可以接受特殊的工作要求；
- 能够接受在繁忙季节及假日工作；
- 能接受灵活的工作时间安排。
