- 制定全面的对内传讯战略,并确保所有战略与迪士尼体验合作伙伴(包括运营、人力资源和其他相关业务线)实现协同整合。
- 确保传讯战略满足上海迪士尼度假区演职人员的需求,并适应人与组织沟通方式的动态变化。作为运营领导层的主题专家/顾问,协助制定传讯活动的战略。
- 了解术语、语法、图形和产品/名称的正确应用准则,确保所有沟通材料符合法律和劳动关系的指导方针。

所需资质 :
- 传播学、公共事务、企业社会责任、文科或同等学士学位。
- 10年以上企业对内传讯、企业对外传讯或企业社会责任,具备领导岗位经验者优先。
- 了解迪士尼,包括乐园运营、政策和程序。
- 深入了解中国的社会经济环境,特别是与环境问题和边缘化群体和社区相关的内容。
- 熟悉中国非政府组织社区,并了解公私合作伙伴关系的运作模式。在非政府组织(NGO)的直接工作经验将是一项优势,无论是受薪还是志愿性质的工作。

Purpose and Objective of the Position:
The Director, Internal Communications, Citizenship and Community Relations is responsible for developing and implementing Shanghai Disney Resort’s overall strategy for both Cast (employee) communications and Citizenship and Community Relations, to promote the resort’s brand reputation and engagement with employees and the community where the resort operates. The Director will develop strategies to leverage the resort’s resources to support key Disney corporate citizenship priorities The Director will also manage the resort’s employee Ambassador team.
The Director will also have overall management responsibility for leading these teams, which are key parts of the Public Affairs and Communications team. The Director will report to the Vice President of Public Affairs and Communications, and will work closely with counterparts at Disney Experiences, Walt Disney Imagineering Shanghai, and with local partners and stakeholders as needed.
The overall mandate of the Internal Communications team is to provide compelling online and offline engagement opportunities and creative content in both English and Chinese to inform, inspire, educate and entertain the resort’s Cast members. The team will leverage visual and creative assets over key communication platforms such as the company’s digital employee APP and employee internal broadcast platforms. The team is also responsible for identifying and supporting key offline employee communication engagements including the annual professional Cast employee town hall.
The Director will guide the Internal Communication Manager to identify opportunities for continuous improvement of communication platforms, distribution, and communications process, ensure high quality bilingual message development and creative designs. The Director will ensure the Internal Communications team builds strong synergies and cooperative relations with key internal business partners from other resort business lines, particularly with the HR and Operations teams.
The overall mandate of the Citizenship, Community Relations team is to leverage the resort’s brand reputation and resources to create and deliver compelling community, citizenship and philanthropic programs and engagements which address key community needs aligned with local policies and Disney’s global citizenship themes. These efforts are primarily focused on programs themed towards compassion, accessibility, the environment and creativity.
The Director will guide the Citizenship & Community Relations manager to develop strategic programs in partnership with local and international non-governmental organizations (NGO’s), which can amplify and maximize their community impact. These include programs which leverage employee volunteers to engage in community activities.
While the Director will be responsible for two distinct teams, she/he should also explore synergies between these teams and with other Public Affairs and Communications teams to maximize the impacts of programs and initiatives.
The Director will also manage the resort’s employee Ambassadors. The resort Ambassadors play a key role in engaging with fellow Cast and Imagineers, representing the resort in external community engagement and engaging as employee representatives in key internal and external milestone events and campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of The Walt Disney Company’s overall Enterprise Social Responsibilty objectives and iniatives, local community needs and relevant local government policies and iniatives and leverage this knowledge to ensure alignment and compliance.
- Develop a strong network with leadership in the NGO community in China.
- Partner across the Disney Experiences segment as well as with external organizations to ensure best practices of Internal Communications, Citizenship and Community Relations.
- Develop budgets for the Internal Communications, Citizenship and Community Relations departments.
- Lead and develop a team of talented individuals of Internal Communications, Citizenship and Community Relations, implementing day to day work to support site level strategic objectives.
- Maintain strong working relationships with leaders across the Resort.
- Develop a comprehensive Internal Communications strategies and ensure that all strategies are integrated with Disney Experiences partners, including Operations, Human Resources and other relevant lines of business.
- Ensure the communications strategy meet the needs of Shanghai Disney Resort Cast Members, and remain relevant to the changing dynamics of how people and organizations communicate. Act as a subject matter expert/consultant for Operations leadership by assisting in the strategy of communication campaigns.
- Understand proper application and guidelines for the use of nomenclature, grammar, graphics and the product/name to ensure all communication pieces reflect Legal and Labor Relations guidelines.
- Ensure the highest standard in language quality in Chinese and English spoken and written language communication.
- Develop and manage community relations and corporate citizenship strategies, campaigns, processes and vehicles that support the corporate citizenship objectives of Shanghai Disney Resort both internally and externally.
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS Communications, Public Affairs, Corporate Social Responsbility, Liberal Arts or equivalent.
- 10+ years experience in Corporate Internal Communications, Corporate External Communications or Corporate Social Responsibility, preferably in a leadership capacity
- Knowledge of Disney, including Park operations, policies and procedures
- Deep knowledge of the socio-economic environment in China, especially related to enviromental issues and marginalized peoples and communities.
- Strong knowledge of the NGO community in China and familiarity with Public-Private Parternship engagement. Direct employment experience in an NGO would be an asset, either on a paid or voluntary basis.
- Passion for helping persons in need, volunteerism, and creating positive change in the community.
- Proven ability to develop strategies and lead a team to implement communication strategies and plans
