Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- 时刻确保安全为工作重点
- 负责停车场的服务和管理工作，包括停车收费以及停车指挥和停车场的安排
- 积极解决游客问题，对游客的需求做出灵活回应
- 与游客及其他演职人员保持密切沟通，为每位到访游客创造难忘体验
- 在各区域协助客流管控
- 为游客提供方位指引、问询解答、乐园信息等相关的帮助
- 确保工作区域的干净和整洁
- 协助其他工作（包括但不限于商品打包，行李搬运等）
- 确保上海迪士尼度假区的整洁并及时清理地面垃圾
- 在其他相关部门处理现金／POS机相关的工作（* 此仅适用于和现金/POS相关的工作岗位）
Basic Qualifications:
- 对待游客彬彬有礼，有出色的沟通能力和服务意识
- 具有团队合作精神又能够独立解决问题
- 热情洋溢，具有耐心，积极主动
- 灵活性/适应性（能接受在户外环境中工作以及不同的班次安排）
- 体能需求包括长时间站立，频繁弯腰下蹲等和提举重物
- 需要长期在户外工作，能够接受并乐于进行停车场停车相关的管理服务工作
- 有交通服务管理以及停车场服务经验者优先
- 能够应对紧急情况及同时处理多种事情
- 您需要取得上岗所需的任职资格证书，且完成并通过所有入职之后的培训及考核（包括但不限于：岗前培训）
