职位介绍：

创造、开发和艺术指导所有娱乐演出以及其它分配的演出活动的场景, 道具/视觉元素。

工作内容：

• 您需要通过各种视觉媒介来诠释艺术概念的能力;
• 您需要保留演出整体性的同时，寻求创造性方案来最大化解决后勤或财政项目限制;
• 您将与艺术总监一同负责娱乐演出和活动的整体艺术效果：布景/设施设计、巡游花车设计、道具设计、演出标志设计等;
• 您将协助创意总监, 创意经理和导演监管演出、活动和/或项目的艺术创作概念和创意开发;
• 您将协助导演维护演出、氛围娱乐、巡游的布景道具和创造意图以确保演出质量;
• 您需要具有丰富的娱乐演出行业知识并有良好的布景供应商网络;
• 您将协助艺术总监权衡创意和预算以实现演出/活动的目的;
• 您将和技术团队密切合作开发布景投标项目;
• 您将监督承包商和供应商搭建所有布景元素、巡游花车和道具等;
• 您需要开发和制作艺术展示;
• 您需要确保日常演出的布景元素得到妥善维护;
• 您需要对迪士尼和行业标准（包括安全标准）以及创意趋势保持高度了解;
• 您将与其他部门保持有效沟通;
• 您将需要按时完成领导布置的其他任务。

我们希望您：

• 拥有场景设计、制作设计或相关专业本科学历;
• 拥有剧场和布景设计五年或以上经验;
• 熟练操作Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, CAD或相似电脑绘图软件;
• 拥有主题乐园或现场剧院娱乐演出经验;
• 较强的艺术绘画和电脑技术能力;
• 杰出的展示技巧能力（口头和书写）;
• 良好的中英双语沟通能力;
• 注重细节;
• 对工作中接触的内容能够保持高度保密性;
• 良好的协调和组织能力;
• 耐心、稳重、诚实;

Job Summary:

Create, develop and art direct all scenic, props, visual elements for Entertainment shows and events as assigned.

What You’ll Do:

• You need to demonstrated ability to interpret artistic concepts through various visual mediums;
• You need to find creative solutions to logistical and / or financial project constraints while preserving the integrity of the show;
• You will assist Art Director and responsible for the creation of scenic / set designs, parade floats designs, props designs, show signage designs, etc., for Entertainment shows and events;
• You will assist the Creative Director, Creative Manager & Show Director to oversee the artistic creation of concepts and the creative development of shows, events and/or projects;
• You will maintain scenic props and creative intent of Shows, Atmosphere Entertainment, Parades to ensure show quality by partnering with the Show Director;
• You need to have in-depth knowledge of the entertainment industry with good networks of scenic vendors;
• You will assist Art Director to balance creative intent with budget parameters to realize show / event objective;
• You will work closely with technical team to develop scenic bid packages;
• You will supervise contractors and vendors in the construction of all scenic elements, parade floats, props, etc.;
• You need to develop and produce presentation art;
• You need to ensure ongoing show scenic elements are maintained;
• You need to maintain high awareness of Disney and industry standards (including Safety) and creative trends.
• You will need to communicate effectively with other teams;
• You will need to accomplish other assignments from the leader on time.

What To Bring:

• Bachelor degree in Scenic Design, Production Design or related discipline;
• 5 Years experience in theatre and set design;
• Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, CAD or similar computer drafting software;
• Theme park or live theatrical entertainment experience;
• Strong artistic, drafting and computer skills;
• Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written;
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese;
• Detail oriented;
• Ability to handle confidential information;
• Good coordination skills and organizational skills;
• Patience, prudency and honesty;
• Mature, credible and strong interpersonal skills;
• Demonstrates flexibility to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with continuous change to prioritize conflicting needs;
• Ability to develop and maintain a positive working relationship and fostering a team environment.
