职位介绍：
保卫神奇是上海迪士尼度假区安保团队的主要目标，安保演职人员的工作地点包括主题乐园和度假区酒店，可能是在台前区域，也可能是幕后区域。我们的工作目的是维持安全的环境，让游客和演职人员能尽情体验迪士尼的神奇。作为便衣安保，在提供优质游客服务的同时，你也需要应对各种充满压力和挑战的情况
Responsibilities:
- 半隐蔽式地工作（除管理层直属指示外）。观察和报告可疑活动，发现确认潜在问题和可能发生的地点，与管理层和调查团队及时分享跟进
- 通过监控系统，对相关工作区域进行监控，及时发现可疑情况，并做好沟通
此外，基于业务的需求和演职人员的资质，演职人员会不定时地支持如下职责：
- 在各区域协助客流管控
- 为游客提供方位指引、问询解答、乐园信息等相关的帮助
- 确保工作区域的干净和整洁
- 协助其他工作（包括但不限于商品打包，行李搬运等）
- 确保上海迪士尼度假区的整洁并及时清理地面垃圾
- 在其他相关部门处理现金／POS机相关的工作（* 此仅适用于和现金/POS相关的工作岗位）
Basic Qualifications:
- 具备在安保，军警，执法机关，调查或防损领域的相关工作经验
- 具备良好的口头与书面沟通技巧（包括对讲机沟通技巧）
- 能够正确处理机密信息
- 注重细节并对可疑行为有着高度的敏锐性
- 能够有效评估事件情况，并快速准确地报告关键问题
- 善于分析，以行动和结果为导向具备独立工作的能力，以及与不同团队合作的能力
- 熟练的掌握办公室运用软件，例如Word,Excel等
- 适应户外工作，能胜任一定的体力劳动，包括长时间站立行走
- 能接受一周七天的灵活工作安排，并且能接受不同的班次，包括晚上，周末和节假日

上海迪士尼度假区（上海市浦东新区川沙镇），您可以乘坐地铁11号线迪士尼站直达度假区，也可选乘班车。班车发往全市多个中心站点，您可在入职后详细查看。
