您作为技术专员，您将支持及确保公司国际协作信息科技工具之高效运作。

工作内容：

·       您需要获得对公司国际项目的运行深度理解

·       您需要对国际项目运行所用软件的使用绩效进行观察诊断分析并在问题发生时协调专家进行及时的解决

·       您需要在采用新技术工具时与科技团队合作进行测试与对其效能与应用进行分析

·       您需要与IT团队协作，确保公司使用硬件的采购与设置符合团队需求

·       您需要支持团队有符合需求及安全要求的信息技术基础设施与网络连接

·       您需要支持团队成员对使用相关科技工具的高效应用

·       你需要管理短期来访成员在工作技术平台的相关支持

·       你需要管理技术资产（如电脑，iPad）

·       你需要协助项目熟悉适应采用技术的过程，包括能成熟独立专业地和项目团队沟通互动

·       你需要与科技部门和科技部门的伙伴保持互动，至少每两周一次

Tech Specialist

Line of Business: Walt Disney Imagineering (Shanghai) Company Limited (the “Company”)

Location: Pudong, Shanghai, China

Job Summary:

As a Tech Specialist, you will provide professional technical support for the Company’s international and local project teams, ensuring reliable performance of hardware, software, mobile devices, and creative tools. You will automate workflows through scripting, assist with user onboarding and training, and own support for specific technical domains. You will also collaborate across teams to improve workflows, reduce friction, and enhance the technological efficiency of the studio.

As a Tech Analyst, you will support and ensure the efficient performance of the collaboration and information technology tools used by the Company for international collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

·       You will need to gain a deep understanding of how international project operates.

·       Support team members in effective use of hardware and collaboration tools through setup, optimization, and ongoing support.

·       Train users on new hardware/software and translate complex technical concepts into user‑friendly guidance.

·       Support onboarding of new Imagineers and travelers, ensuring devices, access, and tools are properly configured.

·       Conduct root cause analysis and propose workflow or system improvements to address repeated technical issues.

·       Automate repetitive tasks (e.g., backups, onboarding steps) to improve productivity and reduce manual labor.

·       Partner with technology teams to test, analyze, and document new technologies for project adoption.

·       Manage technological assets such as computers, iPads, mobile devices, and accessories.

·       Ensure hardware procurement and setup meet team technical and security requirements through coordination with IT partners. Manage and support Alicloud Virtual Desktop (VDI) infrastructure

·       You will monitor and conduct diagnosis on the performance of software and coordinate with experts to solve problems timely when issues arise.

·       You will support the technology adoption of projects, conduct tests and analysis and document its performance and use cases.

·       You will work closely with IT groups to ensure the procurement and set-up of hardware meets the requirements and needs of a team.

·       You will support and ensure the Company has infrastructure and network access that meet the needs and security requirements.

·       You will support the team’s effective and efficient use of technology tools.

·       You will be in charge of travelers’ IT support

·       You will support technological assets management (e.g., computer and iPad)

·       You will help a project navigate through process adoption which could involve independent and mature communication and social interactions with project team

·       You will interact with Technology Studio and Technology Studio partners on a semi-weekly basis

·       具有优秀的中英文沟通、书写及演讲能力

Desired Qualifications:

·       Demonstrated ethical professionalism and passion and ability to learn and work in a highly organized and self-motivated manner

·       Demonstrated excellent capabilities of organization and coordination, documentation and issue tracking as well as logical and analytical thinking.

·       Experience in automation, device management, or domain administration.

·       Proven ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive workflow optimization.

·       Experience supporting creative technology environments (e.g., VR/AR, digital asset management, rendering tools).

·        

·       Bachelor's degree and above required with preferred experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related fields

·       Master’s degree or equivalent work experience prefer

·       Specialized knowledge about how one or more of tools work collaboratively under-the-hood from API or software stack prospective

·       Proficient communication, writing and presentation skills in both Chinese and English
