Job Summary:
As a Repair and Maintenance Technician ,you will assist the entertainment performance department in the maintenance of performance equipment: audio, video, lighting etc. Also you will perform backstage support work for parades and shows & special events, and be able to proactively identify problems and provide proven solutions to bring guests a complete performance experience.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure audio/video/lighting equipment in a good condition for shows and special events
- Facilitate to inspect & repair damaged audio/video/lighting in time
- Prepare, test and reset equipment for shows, maintain show relevant equipment on a daily basis
- Keeping repair status synchronous with “Maximo” system record, be able to track & trace repair activities according to “Maximo” system
- Other work assigned by manager
Basic Qualifications:
• More than three years repair technical experience of audio/video/lighting equipment
• Expertise of audio/video/lighting maintenance and repair
• Be proficient in audio/video/lighting repairing process
• Be proficient in inspecting, repairing, assembling of circuit board, television, show relevant Audio/Video/Lighting equipment, electronic equipment, etc.
• Be proficient in using repair tools
• Low Voltage Electrician certification from State Administration of Work Safety
• Demonstrated ability to use Windows computers and MS Office applications
• Working knowledge of entertainment/stage relevant audio/video/lighting equipment repair
• Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.
• Frequent standing and walking; Flexing the neck and bending the back frequently; frequent use of hands
• Frequently push and pull weights of about 35 kg, frequently lift weights of about 12 kg, and occasionally lift weights of about 35 kg.
• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions & indoors in areas of low visibility. Ability to work at heights and around stage machinery
• Flexible/adaptable, Receptive to special requests
• Responsible; Self-directed;
• Enthusiastic about interacting and helping Cast Members and clientsWorks with many different clients;Willing to assist others with difficult tasks
• Able to complete daily task list and stay on schedule

• Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays

Work Location:
You will be working at Shanghai Disney Resort in Pudong, Shanghai. You can take metro Line 11 to Shanghai Disney Resort station or take one of our many shuttle buses. The shuttle buses can be taken from one of several central areas across the city every day. You can find out more information during your onboarding process.
