作为上海迪士尼乐园健康项目的关键技术资源支持,承担上海迪士尼度假区主要健康计划的实施、支持和维持。该职位主要负责公司职业健康的日常实施和管理,并按照公司和法规要求开发、实施和维持其指定业务的主要健康计划。该职位需要运用合理的技术判断来识别、评估、分析和解决上海迪士尼度假区不同群体的各种健康问题。
工作内容:
员工职业健康监护管理:包括但不限于作为体检医院,公司各业务调线,劳动力管理,人力资源等部门之间的协调员进行危害因素告知、组织职业健康培训、组织职业健康监护(常规和应急)体检,告知演职人员职业健康监护结果、协助职业健康咨询指导、职业健康监护档案建立及管理,职业健康/工伤应急响应。
员工健康证管理:包括但不限于作为体检医院,公司各业务调线,劳动力管理,人力资源等部门之间的协调员,协助首席医师确定员工健康证适用范围,组织健康证体检,建立及管理健康证档案。
与工业卫生工程师共同进行健康风险评估和职业健康风险分析
协助进行返岗/岗位适应性评估
与安全部门共同完成事故/事件调查
定期进行职业健康项目自审
协助制定健康服务指南/ 标准操作规程
参与健康促进项目:与相关部门共同组织健康促进活动,包括疫苗接种计划,年度健康促进项目、内部健康资讯分享等等。
监测国内外职业健康相关的法律法规更新,及时提供适用性反馈。
识别和发现现场的职业健康相关风险,并与现场领导合作,以减少SHDR员工的风险
培训和指导新员工
部门安排的或运营需要的其他任务
我们希望您:
大专或以上学历(护理专业,公共卫生专业,预防医学专业,临床医学)
熟悉当地和国际职业健康标准及法规
有3年以上的职业健康工作经验,有外资公司相关工作经验优先
有进行医疗紧急响应的能力
流利的口语和书面英语
熟悉使用办公软件
良好的人际交往能力和高度的积极性
热情,开朗,有团队精神,客户服务意识
可以在压力下独立工作
持有AHA导师证书会是一个优选项
Job Summary:
Serves as a key technical resource to support the Shanghai Disney Resort health programs, responsible for the implementation, support and maintenance of major health programs. This position is primarily responsible for routine implementation and management of occupational health, and develops, implements and maintains major health related programs for assigned business in accordance with company and authority requirements. This position requires the use of sound technical judgment to identify, assess, analyze and address a variety of health issues for different groups at Shanghai Disney Resort.
What You’ll Do:
Participate OH surveillance management: including but not limit to act as a coordinator among local hospital, LOBs, WFM, HR, etc. to conduct Hazard notification, organize and deliver OH training, organize OH surveillance (regular and emergent), inform Cast Member about the OH surveillance result, assist to conduct OH consultation, OH Record keeping, and response to OH/Work related emergency.
CM health certificate management: including but not limit to act as a coordinator among local hospital, LOBs, WFM, HR, etc. to assist chief physician to identify the scope of CM who need health certificate, organize health certificate check, and health certificate record keeping.
Work with IH engineer to conduct HRA and OH gap analysis
Assist in Return to work/Fitness for duty process
To work alongside Safety team to participate in accident/incident investigations
Conduct regular OH self-audit
Assist to develop health services guidelines/SOP
Participate in health promotion projects: Organize health promotion activities with relevant departments, including vaccination programs, annual health/wellbeing projects, internal health information sharing, etc.
Monitor Occupational Health related laws and regulations both domestic and international and provide timely feedback on applicability.
Identify and detect occupational health related risks on site and work with site leadership to reduce risks to SHDR employees
Mentor and guide newer staff
Other task assigned by reporting line or deemed by operation.
What To Bring:
College diploma or above (Nursing, Public Health, Preventive Medicine, Clinical Medicine)
Be familiar with local and international OH standard and regulation
At least 3 years working experience of OH, multinational company experience is preferred
Capability of medical emergency response
Fluent in both spoken and written English
Be familiar with office software
Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of motivation
Full passion, open, teamwork spirit, customer services sense
Able to work under pressure and independently.
AHA instructor certificate is a Plus.
