We are seeking a results-driven WeChat E-commerce Specialist to oversee the end-to-end operation and optimization of Shanghai Disney Resort’s official WeChat Mini Program. This role centers on leveraging data insights to drive revenue growth, managing performance media collaboration, designing product promotion strategies for WeChat Performance Media, and leading media landing strategy & daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analytics capabilities, deep WeChat ecosystem understanding, and exceptional cross-team collaboration skills to enhance user experience, maximize conversion rates, and amplify performance marketing impact. You will report to the Marketing Manager and be based in Shanghai.

主要职责 Key Responsibilities
1. 数据驱动的运营优化与策略迭代 Data-Driven Operation Optimization & Strategy Iteration
Monitor and analyze core metrics of WeChat Mini Program, Brand Zone, SEM campaigns, and performance media landing; generate weekly reports to track targets, identify anomalies/trends, and explore user motivations.
监控分析微信小程序、品专、SEM 活动及媒体落地页核心指标;产出周报追踪目标、识别数据异常 / 趋势,挖掘用户行为动因。
Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to optimize user journey touchpoints (Homepage, Store, Brand Zone, landing pages), Mini Program interaction/interface, and iterative upgrade of operation/promotion strategies.
基于数据分析输出运营建议,优化用户旅程关键触点(首页、商城、品专、落地页)、小程序交互 / 界面,推动运营及推广策略迭代升级。
Undertake daily operation of WeChat Brand Zone (content and products updates, performance tracking) and ensure all materials/information align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
负责微信品专日常运维(内容产品更新、效果追踪),确保所有物料及信息符合品牌规范及业务目标。
2. 物料素材创作与管理 Creative Assets Creation & Management
Collaborate with design agencies to clarify requirements, plan and produce high-conversion WeChat-specific materials (banners, activity pages, Brand Zone visuals, landing pages, etc.).
对接设计 agency,明确需求,策划制作微信场景高转化物料(Banner、活动页、品专视觉、落地页等)。
3. 效果媒体合作与推广策略 Performance Media Collaboration & Promotion Strategy
Coordinate with Performance Media team to execute WeChat ecosystem product promotion strategies to improve reach and conversion efficiency.
对接效果媒体团队,执行微信生态产品推广策略,提升触达与转化效能。
4. 市场趋势追踪与创新落地 Market Trend Analysis & Innovation Implementation
Keep abreast of WeChat ecosystem e-commerce trends, user behavior changes, and new functional updates.
持续关注微信生态电商趋势、用户行为变化及新功能更新。
Research new functions/tools of WeChat Mini Program/Brand Zone, exploring innovative opportunities to enhance conversion, user retention, and performance marketing ROI.
调研微信小程序、品专新功能 / 玩法,探索提升转化、用户留存及效果营销 ROI 的创新机会。
资格要求 Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Marketing, E-commerce, Data Analytics, Advertising preferred.
本科及以上学历;市场营销、电子商务、数据分析、广告学等相关专业优先。
2. Proficient in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, SQL, Excel VLOOKUP/Pivot Table, etc.).
熟练使用数据分析工具(如Google Analytics/SQL/Excel VLOOKUP/Pivot Table等)
3. Strong data sensitivity and analytical ability; able to translate complex data into actionable strategies.

4. Experience in WeChat ecosystem operation (Mini Program/Brand Zone) and performance media collaboration

6. Detail-oriented, proactive; able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

8. Proficient in PPT with excellent presentation skills; able to clearly present analysis results and strategies.

9. Excellent written and spoken English preferred.
