· 与各业务部门紧密共事，了解其需求，识别所遇挑战，通过从内外部寻求支持和深入沟通，推动问题解决和项目推进

· 定期总结工作进展情况，实时跟进最新法规政策动向，并向迪士尼组织内部的工作团队传达关键信息

· 协助直属经理进行内外部沟通和汇报材料的准备工作，推动证照和许可战略与工作计划的制定，确保能够按计划获得证照和许可

· 做好文件档案系统中的证照和申请材料的存档工作

我们希望您：

· 学士学位及以上，英语、行政管理、物业管理、项目管理、商业管理系或其它相关专业

· 3-5年相关工作经验。具有酒店服务、零售、餐饮、娱乐演出或同等服务行业经验、跨国企业工作经验者优先

· 1年以上相关运营证照和许可经验或在上海及中国大陆相关项目开发报建经验

· 优秀的中英文沟通、口头表达技能（在报告与日常对话中）及书面表达能力（与相关方进行信函沟通）

· 熟练应用计算机（Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook），具有扎实的分析能力并能交付高质量的展示资料/报告

· 拥有管理项目运营流程与文件记录的经验

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the below functions:

· Develop work plans based on the requests from internal LOBs, and apply for or renew all required licenses and permits for SHDR accordingly

· Build and maintain the relationships with government authorities and relevant stakeholder entities to facilitate the coordination within SHDR from permitting perspective and efficient internal and external communication

· Review and process complex permitting requests and provide strategic advice on relevant planning and permit applications based on SHDR features

What You’ll Do:

· Apply for, change and renew the relevant licenses and permits like, food , hygiene and fire safety, as well as the permitting integration and coordination on related projects based on the internal operational and development needs of SHDR

· Work closely with various LOBs to understand their needs, identify the challenges encountered, and facilitate solutions and projects by leveraging support and in-depth communication both internally and externally

· Summarize work progress regularly and track the latest laws and regulations timely and deliver the related key information to the working teams of SHDR

· Assist the Line Manager on the deck preparation for internal & external communication and leadership updates to facilitate the making of permitting strategies and working milestones and make sure the relevant licenses and permits are obtained as scheduled

· Complete the archiving work of the licenses and permits obtained and related application submittals in the document archive system

What To Bring:

· Bachelor’s degree or above in English, Administration Management, Property Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or other related majors

· 3 to 5 years of related professional experience. Experience in service industries like hospitality, retail, food and beverage, show & entertainment or equivalent, or in a multinational corporate environment is preferred

· 1+ year of professional experience in relevant operational permitting or construction project development experience in Shanghai and mainland China

· Demonstrated strong written (for correspondence with stakeholders) and verbal (for presentations and conversations) communication skills in both mandarin and English

· Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, as well as strong analytical skills and abilities to deliver high-quality presentation/report

· Proven experience managing the project process and related document records

· Proven ability to work efficiently in a complex and diverse major business unit of a multi-national company, with demonstrated flexibility and problem-solving skills to manage conflict and meet deadlines with multiple complicated tasks

· Demonstrated background and knowledge in working with government authorities on licenses and permits applications
