- 负责高质量、可维护的 Java 核心代码编写、部署和优化，确保电子优惠券系统的高可用与稳定性。

我们希望您：
- 拥有信息技术或计算机科学学士学位，5年以上相关工作经验。
- 熟悉面向对象的设计原则以及后端开发技术，包括但不限于Java、消息队列、分布式缓存、RESTful架构及各类数据库优化。
- 具备独立思考与创新能力，习惯于通过图表进行复杂逻辑的表达，并能够主动识别业务瓶颈并提出前瞻性技术方案，在复杂环境下将技术目标落地。
- 熟悉单元测试框架（JUnit、Mockito、etc.）及自动化测试工具，具备通过测试驱动保障代码交付质量的实战经验。

Job Summary:
As a Software Engineer, you will build and optimize Shanghai Disney Resort’s coupon system for high-concurrency stability. You will participate in full lifecycle of projects from analysis to delivery, driving results in an international environment through pragmatic collaboration and stable operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for writing and optimizing high-quality Java code to ensure high availability and stability of the coupon system.
- Proficiently use design diagrams to explain solutions based on requirements, complete system analysis, and write high-quality technical documentations.
- Deeply participate in technical solution reviews and code reviews, assisting the team in solving development difficulties.
- Rapidly respond to front-line technical issues, troubleshoot, and ensure business continuity through excellent emergency response capabilities
- Explore and implement the application of AI technology to improve development efficiency and code quality.
- Provide deep support for various business teams and communicate in English to ensure accurate cross-team/country technical alignment.
- Advocate for a collaborative working environment – turn “my ideas” into “our ideas”
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with OOD and backend tech including Core Java, MQ, Redis, RESTful architecture and various database optimizations.
- Strong logic and innovation skills, using diagrams to identify and solve business bottlenecks.
- Familiar with unit testing (JUnit, Mockito, etc.) and automation testing tools to ensure delivery quality.
- Strong troubleshooting and emergency response skills for high-pressure production environments, with abilities to quick locate problems.
- Deep understanding the traditional and Agile software development life cycles to ensure delivery certainty.
- Good expression, communication, learning skills, capable to identify risks and deliver projects in uncertain environments.
- Proficient English for technical reviews and international collaboration.
- Have a ‘can do’ attitude and act proactively and not reactively.
- Experienced in coupon systems and high-availability architectures is preferred.
- Practical awareness of AI-driven development, familiarity with the application of generative AI tools in improving development efficiency is preferred.
- Project management experience or team management experience is preferred.
