Job Summary:
岗位职责
- 负责演出布景灯光设计，参与多个项目的灯光设计、落地实施及灯光安装相关工作；
- 可独立承担项目设计工作；
- 开发演出布景灯光设计理念，推动方案沟通落地；
- 主导或协助演出布景灯光设计的现场实施工作；
- 参与样板搭建、灯具调研与测试工作；
- 使用二维、三维工具制作演艺灯光图纸、模型及可视化展示资料；
- 能够接受国内外长期出差。
任职要求
- 拥有相关领域工作经验（至少 1 年）；
- 英语能力：口语最低 B1 水平，书面最低 B2 水平；
- 可同时推进多个项目，推动工作落地；
- 能够通过口头沟通与可视化形式表达灯光设计思路；
- 熟悉标准舞台灯光文件体系（点位图、灯具清单、调光 / 控制系统清单等）；
- 理解创意工作流程与创意方案的深化过程；
- 熟练使用 Revit、三维建模软件以及 CAD 绘图软件；
- 熟练使用 Word、Excel 等 Office 办公软件；
- 具备舞台灯光设计经验，掌握灯光安装相关技术知识；
- 能够在高压环境、严格工期内开展工作；
- 优秀的口头及书面沟通能力；
- 具备独立工作能力与团队协作能力；
- 出色的统筹组织能力；
- 熟悉舞台灯具、舞台控制系统、信号分配系统（包含 DMX、以太网协议）；
- 了解 LED 灯光系统，掌握控制 LED 灯具所需电源、信号设备的设计方法；
- 能够在高空作业，可使用升降平台、梯子和马道；
- 具备灯光美学鉴赏能力与灯光设计创作能力；
- 愿意并能够接受跨国出差或调动。
优先条件
- 掌握灯光预可视化软件；
- 有 Revit、AutoCAD、Navisworks 使用经验。
学历要求
优先拥有学士或艺术硕士学位（戏剧、美术、设计、建筑相关专业）；具备同等相关工作经验亦可。
Job Summary:
- Show Lighting Designer designs and supports the design, implementation, and lighting installation effort on multiple design projects
- May independently design projects
- Develops and supports the communication of show lighting design concepts
- Directs or assists in field implementation of the show lighting design
- Participates in mock-ups and fixture research and testing
- Creates show lighting drawings, models, and visualization materials in both 2D and 3D
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally for extended periods of time
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience (min. 1 year) in related environment required
- English fluency minimum B1 level spoken and B2 written
- Ability to work on multiple projects and drive results
- Ability to communicate lighting intent and ideas verbally and visually
- Familiar with the use of standard theatrical documentation (focus charts, fixture schedules, dimmer/control schedules)
- Understanding of the creative process and the development of a creative design
- Familiarity with Revit, 3D modeling programs, and CAD drafting programs
- Experience with Word, Excel, and Microsoft Office programs
- Experience in theatrical lighting design and technical knowledge of lighting design installation
- Able to work in high pressure environment with strict schedule deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to work well independently and in groups
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of theatrical lighting fixtures, theatrical controls, and control distribution including DMX and Ethernet.
- Knowledge of LED lighting systems including the design of power/data equipment to control LED lighting.
- Ability to operate and work off lifts, ladders, and catwalks at heights
- Appreciation and skill in the aesthetic processes of lighting and lighting design
- Must be willing and able to travel and or relocate internationally
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Lighting Previsualization Software
- Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
Education:
- BA or MFA preferred (Theater, Art, Design, Architecture) or equivalent work experience
