职位介绍：

带领一支造型师团队并提供日常指导、任务分配、库存管理。为迪士尼朋友和其他制定的演员做公司设计批准的假发造型。

工作内容：

·      能够带领一支造型师团队清洁和梳理假发，并能按照图片干净利落地打造出指定发型。

·      为娱乐演出的项目预先协调和设定假发造型。

·      能够协调团队，并确保日常工作得以恰当准时地分配和执行。

·      了解并能正确使用造型工具。

·      具备对人造真发头套做造型的专业能力。

·      演出用假发可能包括特定年代造型。

我们希望您：

·      五年或以上相关工作经验。

·      熟练使用各种不同发型造型工具。

·      了解针对人造假发和真发头套的不同造型技巧。

·      具有装戴不同假发的技巧。

·      戏剧化妆技术经验丰富，并有能力指导演员和其他造型师。

·      拥有监管造型师团队的能力，确保所有工作都井然有序并遵循创意指导。

·      基本电脑操作-MS, excel, word... 等。

·      需要接受为期两个月的入职培训。

·      能接受一周七天的灵活工作安排，并且能接受不同的班次，包括晚上，周末和节假日。

·      具备标准流利的普通话沟通能力和良好的中文书面表达能力。

Job Summary:

Lead a team of stylists providing daily tasks and direction and inventory management. Style wigs to approved corporate design for characters and other performers as directed.

What You’ll Do:

·      Ability to lead a team of stylists in the washing and setting of wigs and recreate a specific style from a photo in a clear and defined manner.

·      Co-ordination of wig presets for Entertainment offerings. 

·      Ability to co-ordinate a team and ensure daily tasks are assigned and performed appropriately and on time

·      Demonstrate a working knowledge and appropriate use of styling tools.

·      Ability to work with synthetic and human hair wigs.。

·      Show wigs may involve period looks.

What To Bring:

·      Five years or above related working experience

·      Demonstrated experience with different hair-styling equipment

·      Understanding of different techniques used for natural and synthetic hair wigs

·      Experience with different wig fitting techniques

·      Experience with theatrical make-up techniques and an ability to teach to others, including performers and other stylists

·      Ability to monitor a team of stylists to ensure all work is performed in a consistent manner and that the correct creative direction is maintained.

·      Basic computer knowledge and skills, such as Microsoft, excel, word...etc.

·      Must provide full availability for ongoing training throughout a two-month period

·      Full availability for any dates in a week and any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays

·      Possess standard and fluent Mandarin communication skills and excellent Chinese written expression abilities.
