Job Summary:
- 协助演出布景灯光设计师，完成多个设计项目中灯具的调研及规格相关工作
- 编写灯具规格说明，制作灯具参数明细表
- 负责将规格数据及各类设计文件录入数据库
- 参与灯具的调研与测试工作
- 参与演出布景灯光的灯具及配套物料采购相关工作
任职要求及必备技能：
- 拥有 5 年及以上相关行业工作经验
- 英语能力：口语最低 B1 水平，书面英语 B2 水平
- 可同步负责多个项目推进，具备较强成果落地执行力
- 熟悉演出布景灯光设计相关专业知识
- 熟练运用 Excel、Word 等微软办公软件
- 具备出色的打字和数据录入能力
- 能够适应高压工作，严格遵守项目工期
- 具备优秀的口头与书面沟通技巧和人际交往能力
- 可独立完成工作，也擅长团队协作
- 具备出色的组织能力
- 注重细节
- 愿意接受国内、外长期出差
优先条件：
- 具备剧场灯光设计相关从业经验与专业背景
- 英语口语及书面能力均达 C1 等级
- 具备剧场灯具、剧场控制、LED 灯具及其配套供电数据设备方面经验
- 熟知剧场及建筑照明灯具生产商
- 熟知灯光行业新兴技术与前沿科技
学历要求：
优先考虑戏剧、艺术、设计、建筑相关专业本科或艺术硕士，或具备同等工作经验者
- The Senior Show Lighting Fixture Specification Specialist supports lighting designers in research, and specification of light fixtures on multiple design projects
- Writes fixture specifications and creates cut sheets
- Supports database entry of specifications and design documentation
- Participates in the research and testing of light fixtures
- Participates in procurement of lighting fixtures and show lighting supplies
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience (min. 5 years) in a related professional environment required
- English fluency minimum B1 level spoken and B2 written
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects and drive results
- Familiarity with lighting design
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office programs
- Strong typing and data entry skills
- Participates in high pressure environment with strict schedule deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to work well independently and in groups
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally for extended periods of time
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience and background in theatrical lighting design
- English fluency C1 level spoken and written
- Experience with and technical knowledge of theatrical light fixtures, theatrical controls, and LED lighting fixtures and their power/data equipment
- Strong knowledge of theatrical and architectural lighting fixture manufacturers
- Strong knowledge of new and developing technologies in lighting
Education:
- BA or MFA preferred (Theater, Art, Design, Architecture) or equivalent work experience
