Job Description:
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of HR processes, systems and integrations on Global HR System platforms - SuccessFactors/SAP /Workday.
- Provide support to regional clients/ HR stakeholders in the APAC region. Strive to improve process efficiency while adapting to legal local nuances, specific business needs and the broader systems landscape
- Assess/maintain org management structure that standardizes and simplifies the in-system footprint, streamline security roles, and enable clean data, reporting and analytics
- Provide strategic consultation with our clients on business changes and how HR systems/ processes can support the requirements.
- Work with regional HR teams, to help translate business requests into functional requirements to be delivered to the technology teams.
- HRIS ensures HR systems are set up accurately to support time, pay, legal, and tax related policy requirements.
- Troubleshoots production errors and incidents with HR system data and integrations.
- To perform audits, responsible for HR systems and integrations testing, maintains HR systems’ security access, and perform master data changes.
- Provide high quality of work, including but not limited to Organization Management, HRIS management, Project implementations and co-ordination on the inter-team process workshops/or meetings
- Collaborates actively with HRBP and COE teams to achieve ongoing system enhancement projects to improve work efficiency
- Work closely with the Global team to support data integrity, process integration and other important projects or tasks
- Prepare test scripts, training contents, organize and deliver end user training
- Participate in system enhancement testing, work closely with global partners on issue resolution
- Participate in the HRIS or Org. management related projects, play a key role as project manager for identified suitable internal/external projects, be responsible for the end-to-end project delivery
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Work Experience
- Previous work experience in an HRIS role across SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
- Understanding of SuccessFactors foundational objects including Org unit, Cost Centers, Compensation elements, Job attributes
- Understanding of SuccessFactors business process workflows and ability to troubleshoot functional issues
- Demonstrated experience on solving integration errors, mass data upload requests and security administration
- Proven experience with multifaceted global projects
- Experience with leading and influencing global conversations
- Prioritization of multiple, interdependent projects while monitoring and communicating progress
- Maintains partnership with relevant stakeholders including HR Operations, HR Business Partners, Information Technology counterparts and Vendors
- High business ethics and personal integrity (handling confidential information)
Skills / Specialized Knowledge/Competencies
- 5 Years or above HR systems management experiences
- Strong analytical and issue resolution skills
- Proven data analytical experience
- Solid knowledge and on-hand practice about SuccessFactors and SAP
- Solid Project management experience on HR system
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse cultures
- Strong communication skill
