• 管理间接采购品类(如设施、MRO、物流、专业服务)的采购流程。

• 按照公司政策准备并处理采购申请、询价单 (RFQ) 和采购订单。

• 开展竞争性招标及成本分析,确保获得最优价格。

• 识别、筛选并开发供应商,提升竞争力并降低风险。

• 与供应商进行价格、条款及服务协议的谈判。

• 监控供应商绩效(质量、成本、交付、服务),并在需要时推动改进措施。

• 确保所有采购活动符合公司政策、法律法规及审计标准。

• 跟踪并报告节约成果、预算执行情况及降本举措。

• 支持内部控制流程及相关文档管理。

• 与计划团队合作,根据本地化交期与需求预测调整库存水平。

• 与工程及质量团队合作,确保零件符合技术、安全及法规要求。

Job Summary:

The Material Specialist is responsible for managing procurement activities for non-production goods and services (indirect materials, CAPEX, services, and supplies). The role ensures cost efficiency, compliance, supplier performance, and continuous improvement in line with company policies and business needs.


What You’ll Do:

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for indirect categories (e.g., facilities, MRO, logistics, professional services).

• Prepare and process purchase requisitions, RFQs, and purchase orders in compliance with company policies.

• Conduct competitive bidding and cost analysis to ensure best value.

• Identify, qualify, and develop suppliers to enhance competitiveness and reduce risk.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements with suppliers.

• Monitor supplier performance (quality, cost, delivery, service) and drive corrective actions when needed.

• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and audit standards.

• Track and report savings, budget adherence, and cost reduction initiatives.

• Support internal control processes and documentation.

• Work with planners to adjust stock levels based on the localized lead times and demand forecasts.

• Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to validate parts meet technical, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Partner with internal departments (Operations, Finance, Engineering, Facilities, etc.) to understand business needs and provide sourcing solutions.

• Report progress on localization initiatives to senior leadership.

• Support Service Managers and provide the spending report on time

• 3–5 年间接采购或战略采购经验(有特定品类经验者优先)。

• 具备较强的谈判能力、分析能力及项目管理能力。

• 熟悉采购系统(如 Coupa、SAP、Ariba、Oracle)。

• 了解合同管理及合规性要求。

• 具备良好的沟通能力及利益相关方管理能力。

• 能够在跨职能团队中工作并同时处理多项任务。

• 英语流利。

• 能根据管理层安排适应所有班次(早班、中班、晚班)、周末及节假日工作。

• 保持持续学习的态度。


What To Bring:

• College graduated in supply chain management, engineering, business or related field

• 3–5 years of experience in indirect procurement or strategic sourcing (category-specific experience preferred).

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.

• Knowledge of procurement systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP, Ariba, Oracle).

• Familiarity with contract management and compliance requirements.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

• Fluent in English.

• Available to work all shifts (i.e., 1st , 2nd ,and 3rd shift), weekends and holidays as required by management.
