Job Summary:
上海迪士尼度假区致力于为所有游客及演职人员创造神奇体验，并为残障游客及演职人员提供各类无障碍体验。
作为“奇·享”项目的一部分， 上海迪士尼度假区推出“奇·享”残障人士招聘。在上海迪士尼度假区的职业网站和招聘微信公众号上，我们创建了“奇·享”残障人士招聘专栏。上海迪士尼度假区也积极推进残障人士推荐项目。周一到周五（非节假日）上午10点至下午4点（法定节假日除外），残障人士均可直接前往上海迪士尼度假区招聘中心参加面试。
乐园运营: 乐园运营岗位上的快乐主人在客流控制、主入口、保洁等不同岗位上尽心尽职，确保园区得以顺畅安全地运营。
商品运营: 商品运营部的快乐主人根据游客服务标准积极友好地与游客交流、协助游客选择喜爱的商品。
餐饮运营: 餐饮运营部的快乐主人在餐厅为游客提供美食和优质的用餐服务。
酒店运营: 酒店运营部的快乐主人在客房服务、前台和行李服务等不同的岗位上提升宾客的体验。
工作内容 :
- 通过与游客互动，分享相应信息和回答问题，提供绝佳游客服务。
- 时刻把安全要求放首位。
- 保持度假区干净整洁，随时处于演出就绪的状态。
- 为游客提供高效高质的服务，同时帮助度假区平稳高效地运营。
- 加入以上职位描述中一个岗位并承担相关职责。
基本条件 :
- 持有第二代《中华人民共和国残疾人证》
- 有团队合作精神
- 愿意接受学习新鲜事物
- 工作时间：作为一线演职人员，您将会需要接受节假日以及周末的工作安排以及早中班轮换
